"Ferienwohnung Seemann" - Perfect beach holiday for the whole family! We would like to introduce our spacious and cozy apartment, which is located on the ground floor of an old sailor's house, newly renovated, in a two-family house.

On the upper floor we live - the owners - of the house. If necessary, we are with tips aside and of course we have an open ear for your wishes. The "sailor" is very centrally located in the Baltic Sea Laboe. The paths to the beach, the promenade and the center are very short and can be reached in 2 to 5 minutes. The beautiful sailor harbor you have when leaving the apartment right in front of him. Should not be beach weather, so you have the opportunity z. For example, you can visit the seawater swimming pool and the famous Naval Memorial with the Museum Submarine U-995 in front of it. Even with the bike you can explore a lot. The kilometer-long cycling and hiking trails are well signposted and lead you through fields and meadows, idyllic villages, past picturesque lakes and on white sandy beaches ...

The apartment has a size of 62 square meters and is ideal for up to 4 people and a child (up to 6 years). You enter the spacious hall, which is equipped with a shoe cabinet, a wardrobe and a mirror with shelf. From the hallway, it goes into the individual living rooms. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a ceramic hob with oven, a microwave, a coffee pad machine and a dining area with plenty of seating. The bright, friendly bathroom has a shower / toilet, sink, a stool, a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer and a large mirror with mirror. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2.00 cm x 2.00 cm) and a small flat screen TV. The living room has 2 sofa beds (1.50 cm x 2.00 cm and 1.30 cm x 2.00 cm). There's also a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area, a coffee table and a dining area. From here you can directly access the covered terrace. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a sunny breakfast overlooking the courtyard and a glass of wine in the evening. For your brought bicycles, a lockable storage room is available. Also for a parking space is taken care of: this is not right in front of the house, but in the same street and reserved for you. Also on the small is thought, so we provide you on request, a travel cot (fully equipped), a high chair, a buggy (rain cover, beach umbrella, footmuff) and sand toys available. Washer and dryer are available for a fee as well as an ironing board and iron. We also welcome a dog (up to 15 kg).
