The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living room has a queen murphy bed as well, giving everyone plenty of space. Located in the heart of Lincoln City, there's plenty to do! Or use the easy beach access to play in the sand. We also provide access to the HOA's pool, cable, and Wi-Fi. Book your getaway today!



The Space:

203 at D Sands is a 2nd floor family suite for 6. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from the living room or balcony, and save some money with the full kitchen stocked for your convenience. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living room has a queen murphy bed as well, giving everyone plenty of space. Located in the heart of Lincoln City, there's plenty to do! Or use the easy beach access to play in the sand. We also provide access to the HOA's pool, cable, and Wi-Fi. Book your getaway today!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Was an amazing place to stay. Right on the beach. The pool was freezing and too cold to swim but the hot tub was nice. We will come back again.

Great location

We loved staying right at the beach access, so the location is great. It was kite festival weekend so being able to watch the kites from the balcony was fun. Overall a good experience for our family.

Great Location

Location was great. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Parking was easy. These are older condos but ours was in good shape and had comfy beds.

Anniversary Trip

This was an amazing location. You're within walking distance to everything you'll need, groceries, restaurants, and of course......the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. This property is older. You can expect the kind of wear and tear you would usually see. But the location is perfect.

Great location

The location was great as it was close to the beach and the view was perfection. The condo was outdated and in need of repairs to the bathroom but expected from the age. It was clean. Could have used more towels for a family of 4 for a 3 day stay, although there were 6 sets of towels. Great hot water.

Location is wonderful. Beach access is great Carpet is extremely worn. It was otherwise clean. The appliances were almost new. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to be back next year.

Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We recently just took over managing D-Sands and have been trying to get the carpets professionally cleaned or replaced. We will let the owner know about this carpet. We are glad that you found unit 203, Eel Advised to be clean. We chose ell advised mainly because of the Murphy's bed, when we pulled it down there was dirt all over the frame and box spring. It was disgusting. The shower floods the floor by the toilet no matter how careful you are. No pot holders in kitchen, toxic black plastic cooking utensils. Pan selection was very limited.

Family getaway

Check in time was over an hour late, communication for that was not done well. When we got into our room, the sheets were stained and had to have them changed. When it came time to cook dinner, there was a dirty pan in the oven with old bacon caked on it with a ton of grease still in the pan. There were dirty dishes that were placed back in the drawer from previous tenants with food still on them. It was an adequate room in a good location, but could’ve been better.

We are so sorry to hear that you had a less than ideal stay with us this past August. We always hate having to delay a check in for any guest, and we apologize that our cleaning folks fell behind on the day of your arrival. Since then, we have made changes to our housekeeping staff and now have a very dependable, detail-oriented crew. We do have units here that are way above adequate. We'd love another chance to help you find a unit that would exceed your expectations.

Bedroom smelled of old dirty shoes or wet socks.

For all the added charges that VRBO incorporates into renting one of these little apartments, the upkeep should be better. Linen did not feel clean and I won’t even mention the bed cover! Yuck! Interestingly enough you get an email Regarding “if you might check in after 4pm” … yet forget about any late check outs. “Absolutely not going to happen”. In no way do I blame Housekeeping or service staff, in my opinion they are probably not paid enough for the services they provide and in my humble opinion, probably are tasked with more than they can manage. This then leads to things not getting cleaned properly and getting done in a rush for shortage of staff. If you think there will be any refund if you leave a day earlier for any emergency, that won’t happen either . The only good thing about this place is location. Too bad it’s run the way it’s run.

Heather, I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to enjoy your stay more. I do want to add a little more context to the comments that you made in your review. First, our linens are all washed in commercial grade machines, using non-scented detergent. The linens in your unit were absolutely fresh. Despite that, we would have been happy, at any point in your stay, to provide you with a fresh set with no questions asked. Secondly, we absolutely agree that our housekeepers are some of the hardest working people around. We pay top of the market wages, with a very generous benefits package. I'll note though, that aside from linens that didn't "feel" clean, you made no mention of any specific cleanliness issues, any of which we would gladly have taken care of. The email you're referring to politely asks our guests if they have prearranged plans to arrive later than 4 p.m. This helps our staff prioritize cleans. No where in that email do we ask guests to alter their plans in any way. I think your last point gets to the heart of the matter. You were denied a refund for shortening your stay, which is in line with the policy you agreed to at time of booking. I'm sorry that because of this you felt the need to leave us a misleading review, but we do have to apply our policies equally. We think we've got a pretty neat spot here. We've got some of the best beach access around, spectacular views, and comfortable units. Despite your negative review, we'd be happy to welcome you back anytime.

Unit was under construction-drywall was done in ceiling dust over bathroom- broom was in bathroom-drywall dust on carpet. Bathroom towels on floor outside bathroom floor. Bedroom heater did not work (63). Hot tub was broken. No one at front desk between 7:00pm-10:00 am.
