Our holiday home is located in a small village just a few minutes drive from the center of Porec.
The city of Porec is the tourist center of Istria, known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage.
The newly built villa consists of two separate air-conditioned apartments with separate entrances. Important information: Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (6 adults and 2 children) ideal for children 6 to 12 years.
Sleeping space for children is on an open gallery with sloping ceilings (without blackout possibility) with 2 x single beds.
A washing machine room with washing machine is available for both apartments charitable free of charge. The villa is ideal for friendly families, parents, parents-in-law, acquaintances who plan a relaxing holiday together, but do not want to give up the privacy!
Our villa is situated on a very harmonious 500 m2 enclosed natural stone walled property. In the garden with barbecue area, outdoor shower, pool and jacuzzi (heated) it is very pleasant to enjoy the given atmosphere. Free parking is also available. The holiday object is not allowed for youth groups!

Our non-smoking air-conditioned apartment is bright, spacious and newly furnished, and is located approximately 90 square meters on the ground floor of the villa. It consists of living room with open gallery accessible through the stairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection, free Internet (free Wi-Fi), fully equipped kitchen, bath & toilet with bath / shower, two bedrooms each with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and two covered terraces.

upstairs apartment

The air-conditioned Non smoking apartment is newly furnished, is located with about 60 square meters in the upper floor of the wonderful villa. It consists of an open living room with open gallery accessible via the stairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection, free internet (Free Wi-Fi) and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and an open terrace.
