The property was immaculate with super comfortable beds. The views were awesome. We had bears come by. The welcome center at the bottom had a trolley stop that allowed us to park there and go into Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Just some where to lay your head. The home needs some repairs. Must just be that time of the year had alot of stink bugs. Inside and outside? I think we payed to much for what we got. Gatlinburg was nice. Need refund on the cleaning charges. Hot tub and sauna needs attention.

The most important thing for travelers is to be sure they are driving at least a front wheel drive vehicle, more important an all- wheel drive vehicle. The drive-way is extremely steep. In addition, the parking at the top is very limited for the size of the chalet. It was very difficult turning our vehicles around, and we all had mini SUVs.

The cabin nice. The driveway was horrible. Our cars were stuck at the bottom of the hill. We had to walk the hill twice which was horrible. The pictures don’t give the driveway any justice. A bear went in one of the cars while unpacking. I wish the cabin was not so far up the hill and on the small roads.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean. We especially loved the hot tub and sauna. It was very functional and family-friendly, especially for families with small children as a high chair and baby gate were provided.The driveway is definitely very steep, just as described in the listing, but we had no problems navigating it during our stay. We did have a bear visitor during our stay and were able to take some photos from the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

Perfect location with great views. Two bedrooms at ground level, one at the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of room for our family of 8 plus a dog. Being dog friendly, this made the cabin even better. We were impressed with the availability of kitchen utensils which were available and the kitchen/bathroom amenities that are normally few, but these were well stocked. The host was very communicative from the day of check-in until we checked-out. The hot tub and sauna was a plus for the kids. We did have one minor issue which was resolved within a couple hours. As mentioned in the cabin highlights, the driveway to the cabin is steep. Just be aware but was not an issue whilst we were there. Highly recommend this cabin and its location!

It sounds like this cabin had everything your family of eight, plus the pup, needed for a memorable stay. We're so glad the spread-out layout gave everyone room, and that being dog-friendly made it an even better fit. This is a precious cabin and perfect.for our little chihuahuas. The owner had a baby gate stashed behind the couch, and dog leads with a deck on which my chihuahuas loved barking at bears. That said, remember not to leave food in your car or car doors unlocked. The low couches were easy for all to access and the owner really has a beautiful cabin. I didnt recieve any specific check in instructions but they are kind to text you and you can text for anything you need. Its truly like being in a luxurious tree house up in the top of the forest mountain. Your view is beautiful from the rocking chairs. The host left coffee maker and pods. Everything functioned and worked well. We slept well here with my noise maker running.My children have electric cars and they wouldn't make it up the driveway at first attempt when raining. This was with new tires. They had to back down slowly in reverse and get a running start to get up two steep sections. If you have a strong car and are not faint of heart, it's worth the drive to be alone on the mountain, out of neighbors views. Avant Stay was exceedingly kind and helpful and the cabin was comfortable and beautiful.

Chihuahuas barking at bears from a treehouse deck might be our favorite mental image in a long time! We love that the baby gate and dog leads made the cabin feel ready for your pups, and that those rocking chair views delivered the peaceful mountain escape. The cabin’s location was fantastic, and the views were absolutely incredible. However, we did experience an issue with the entrance code, as the one provided was incorrect. We had to contact customer service and wait for the issue to be resolved before we could access the cabin.Additionally, there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the cabin that should have been repaired. Considering the price of the cabin, I expected it to be in much better condition overall.

The cabin was great. Road to it is a little steep and narrow and there is no way to turn around at the cabin. Our check in was very frustrating as our code didn't work and noone repsonded to the text/chat. Finally reached a person by selecting the hotel option and they gave us new code that didn't work, then key code that didn't work. Finally got code and door unlocked after about 40 minutes.
