Recently renovated and spacious villa is located in the gated Spring Farm community on the North coast atop the world-famous Half Moon Golf Club and course, and nestled between several other top-rated courses such as Cinnamon Hill. This ideal hilltop perch affords Serendipity one of the most spectacular sea views on the Island. It is conveniently located minutes from the Montego Bay Airport, Shopping, 5-Star Restaurants & Resorts, Beaches, Museums, and water sports - which truly makes Serendipity the ideal vacation destination.

This large but cozy villa features 2 king master suites and 4 double twin suites. The twin beds can be easily converted to king beds upon request. Each bedroom has a captivating view, with french doors opening onto either the pool deck or balcony. The lower level of the villa has a more relaxed, family-friendly living area for TV viewing, playing games or ground level access to the pool. There are also 2 half baths for your convenience.

Private location and a personal butler enhance the fully staffed retreat. Onsite security.

Our favorite place!!

Third time at our favorite place! The house and views are perfect for our family. What makes this place is the staff. They are now family to us! We love them all and LOVE our time spent here!

We had a wonderful time- much better than I thought

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Rose Hall's Serendipity. The house was ample and lovely and spread out enough for people to have a sense of privacy. Views throughout spectacular. I wasn't sure how the dynamic of having a staff serving us would feel but it was chill and fine, and frankly, so convenient to have breakfast provided in the morning for our crowd without having to prepare it or clean up. All in all, a very nice environment for a vacation.

Amazing!

OMG! My family and I had the time of our lives! We felt right at home! Very comfortable with beautiful views and space! The staff...wow! They truly felt like family and leaving them was the hardest part! This was the best vacation yet mainly because of the amazing staff and beautiful villa! I can't wait to visit again!

Awesome, Spacious Jamican Paradise

What a great location for me and 10 of my Girlfriends for out 25th Sisterhood anniversary. The house is great and the Staff even better. They made sure everything was taken care of for us. Serendipity

When I stepped foot out of my vehicle I was greeted with a cold towel and warm smiles. This made me feel at home when I was shown around and was hospitably equipped with their in home wifi. Which proves to be very helpful with any work you may have to do on vacation. Their staff was so nice and never once got in the way but did what they had to do and much more which was all you can ask for to top off your amazing trip to Jamaica. My advice as a first timer is to go to serendipity you won't be sorry!

Perfect Vacation

I stayed at Serendipity with a small group over the long weekend and could not be more pleased with the experience. Although we had seen reviews that the views were spectacular, seeing them first hand surpassed any expectation. The pictures on this site are gorgeous, however I do not feel they do the vista true justice. Outside of the views, the staff made this trip. The team at Serendipity found a way to cater to all of our needs without ever feeling intrusive. Waking up each morning to panoramic ocean views over a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast was an absolute highlight for our party. I highly recommend the house to anyone looking to completely unwind for a couple of days. My group has already started discussions on finding a time to return next year.

Amazing Vacation!

My family and I had the pleasure of having a dream vacation staying at Serendipity in Montego Bay. Words cannot describe the breathtaking views from the balcony, the beautiful villa, peaceful surroundings, and mental rejuvenation we experienced. Many thanks to the entire staff for the exceptional service we received each day of our stay. From the time we were picked up by the driver Delroy at the airport to receiving a warm welcome when we first arrived from all the staff, we were treated and felt like royalty! I can't say enough good things about the staff at Serendipity, however, want to give a special thank you to Lenny the butler and DJ the chef who gave exceptional service that touched ours hearts. When my son got sick, they gave him personal, attentive, and professional care until he was feeling well again. I look forward to my next visit with you!

Fresh Prince of Bel-aire moves to Jamaica

WOW! What a house, what a crew, what a view! This house rocks. My friends and I felt like we were living like kings. Mamma aka Ruby the cook would make us the most amazing meals and snacks in between. Our butler/bartender always kept out cups full (make sure you ask him to make his special punch). Even the owner who I never had the pleasure of meeting is awesome. Quick with all email responses, text messages/phone calls whatever. The house is awesome. I honestly think you will not be disapointed. Oh and the POOL, dont get me started on how great it is to jump in the pool everyday.

The Only Way to Stay in JA

My family and I are from Jamaica. Unfortunately we haven't been able to spend much time visiting our homeland, so every opportunity we have to visit is special. However, no trip to Jamaica has been as relaxing and quintessentially "Jamaica" as our stay at Serendipity. From the moment we walked through the door and saw the breathtaking view of the Caribbean sea all our stresses seemed to melt away. The support staff including groundsman, attendant, cleaners, and on-site cook were as pleasant and welcoming as one could ever hope for. We were able to utilize the recommended services of a driver who escorted us to great dining and sight-seeing locations around Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril. Our next trip to Serendipity cannot come soon enough. We had an amazing time during our one week stay and highly recommend the property to anyone who wants the comforts of home while enjoying the beauty of relaxing Jamaican life just moments away from the calm, crystal clear Caribbean waters.

Island Charm

My recent stay at Serendipity was delightful! I was met at the airport by the driver, and the drive to the Villa was very short and direct. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the staff, each of which was very welcoming and friendly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Villa and the efficiency of the staff. The cook amazed me meal after meal with her tasty and artfully served plates of delicious food. The open floor plan allows the tropical breezes to blow through the Villa keeping it cool without AC, but at night I slept comfortably in my air conditioned room. The gardener kept beautiful fresh flowers in each room. I can't say enough about the view - from most windows there is a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. The back overlooks the picturesque swimming pool as well. Each room provides a relaxing atmosphere and is comfortable giving the guest a beautiful view. I highly recommend Serendipity as vacation spot for anyone looking for a place to enjoy some rest, relaxation and pampering. You won't be disapointed! My only regret is I didn't get to stay longer to enjoy more of the many local attractions!

Jamaica 40th and 30th birthday celebration

This was an experience we will NEVER forget!! This was a girls' weekend to celebrate turning 30 and 40 with 5 awesome women and this villa over exceeded our expectations! Communication with the owner and property manager was great. We were there for a long weekend, so our trip started on Friday with our driver Delroy, who picked us up from the airport. We had cold towels and fresh lemonade waiting for us upon arrival to the villa. Serendipity is a great name, but SPLENDOR can capture what was experienced as well. Garnett, our butler/bartender catered to our ever need. Ms. Ruby, our cook was AWESOME!!!! Verona, our Chambermaid kept our rooms cleaned and even washed our clothes (WHAT?), and our gardener, "Uncle Earl" kept everything on point poolside, on the grounds, and even cooked jerk chicken too. And I can't leave out our security, Richard, who kept watch over us. This house was soooo much more than the pictures can convey and the staff was on point. This will be our new spot for years to come. We Love you guys at Serendipity!!! See you next year!!!

Best Family Vacation -- Serendipity does not disappoint they go above and beyond.

We were truly “wowed” by the experience at Serendipity. The staff was exceptionally attentive and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We were greeted by the manager Nicole Greene and her staff when we arrived and they showed us the villa and made us feel at home immediately, “this is your home enjoy” the phrase of the day. We enjoyed the view from balcony that greeted us as we walked in the front doors. This villa has a beautiful open concept and a cool tropical breeze coming in from every corner. There is a 180 degree view of the ocean and balconies that stretch from the open living room to the back and downstairs to the pool area, priceless. Garnett & Miss Ruby made sure that every dinner was made with care and served in the most friendly professional manner, they made everyone feel special. They took pride in their work and really made this a pleasurable experience for my family. The location and service was so memorable that other members of the family that were staying at hotels (we all flew in for a wedding) came over to Serendipity for dinner. Garnett & Miss Ruby were able to adjust and accommodate 28 people for dinner without a hitch. Truly professional grade. The rooms were as advertised; spacious, clean, airy with beautiful views of the mountains and ocean all at once. The villa is located in a quite neighborhood and we enjoyed early morning walks to experience the views, flowers and great stone masonry of the other houses in the area. Truly a relaxing memorable place to experience Jamaica at its best.

Perfect Vacation Golf Trip

Our family came to stay at the Serendipity as a vacation/work week as our son was competing at the Jamaica Classic Latin America PGA tour held at Cinnamon Bay Golf Course. We were greeted at the airport by our friendly and timely driver/house manager Delroy! I can't begin to say how nice It was to have a personal driver to assist us all week. Just trying to follow the rules of the road were confusing and so different than America. Upon our arrival at the gorgeous, gated home, we were greeted by the nicest staff with cold towels and yummy drinks. We walked into paradise- with gorgeous views- the pictures are accurate but still don't give the views justice! The house was open and airy- with a nice breeze flowing throughout- and the rooms were nicely air-conditioned for comfortable sleeping. Iona was an incredible cook- she really went above and beyond to make a wonderful menu- full of local Jamaican flavors AND she was cognizant of our son's milk, nuts, and egg allergies. She was also very accommodating when our golf schedule required an early morning breakfast or a later evening dinner! She also took Grandma with her when she went shopping for our groceries/produce! We were graciously served and waited on by the professional Andrew. We were truly spoiled when he would just appear poolside with the perfect tropical drinks at just the right time! Our groundskeeper Jayson took us all on an enlightening tour of the grounds and let us taste the local fruits growing on the trees- from fresh coconut to oranges, almonds, and sour oranges (he even made us fresh "lemonade" from those oranges that was out of this world!! He was the grilled jerk chicken extraordinaire- so much that we requested It for a second meal during our stay. Doreen and Tashima were the sweetest- they cleaned the house, turned down the beds at night, and DID THE LAUNDRY!!! That was so extra special- especially with so many sweaty golf clothes on a daily basis. The home is gorgeous, the location is safe, beautiful and very relaxing- but the best part of this vacation was making friends and sharing our time with the lovely people who work at Serendipity- they are the heart and soul of that home and we were sad to say goodbye to them. Grandma couldn't walk the golf course- so she would stay home and they all took her in and talked with her and allowed her to travel with them on their daily errands. I would recommend this home to anyone! We miss them already!

Christmas in Jamaica

Amazing Christmas vacation! We would definitely go back again! Our butler JJ was amazing, Daisy cooked delicious food all week, Mitzi and Olive were great housekeepers, Madden the gardener brought us coconuts and kept the pool ready for us, and Delroy got us from the airport, stopped at a local restaurant when we were hungry, took us to the beach one day, and delivered us safely back to the airport at the end of our trip. The staff made our trip! We enjoyed lounging by the pool everyday! Great views and sunsets!

Birthday celebrations

This villa is very nice and well put together. The staff is great joy. JJ was not just our butler but became part of our crew. Miss Daisy did her thing with the food and even accommodated one of us that vegan. We appreciated ever staff member who had to endure our singing karaoke lol Tears were shed as we said our farewell but they’re only liquid prayers to God for serendipity! Job well done!

Our new home!!!

This was our first time in Jamaica and because of Serendipity it won't be the last. The property was extremely easy to book. Between Patrick, the owner and Delroy, the host, all our questions were answer promptly. When we arrived in Jamaica, Delroy was there to pick us up and took us to eat patties since we were hungry from the flight. After eating and doing a little bit of shopping, we drove to the house. The pictures do not do this property justice!!! It was surreal. There are beautiful views from every point in the home. Each bedroom had a comfy bed, bathroom, built-in closet/drawers, tv, and AC. The entire home was decorated with nice furniture, cultural paintings and other artwork. The pool area was the perfect balance of sun and shade. Our group of 9 had plenty of room and then some. Serendipity is close to many attractions such as Rose Hall Great House, Rose Hall Beach Club, and the Bioluminescent Bay. We went to all three attractions and took a 90 minute trip to Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios, a must do while visiting Jamaica. Last but not least the amazing staff of Serendipity Delroy (host), Miss Iona(chef), Ritchie(butler), Olive (maid), Misty(maid), and our gardener/pool hand. This dream team is like no other!!!! Delroy was our host/driver, he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and which attractions were available and the costs. He was prompt and attentive to all our needs and provided many suggestions that helped us along the way. We would have been lost without him. Miss Iona, or as my group fondly called her Aunty Iona, made all our favorite Jamaican dishes along with some new ones like pumpkin soup, we were all hooked. Ritchie was always there with a refreshing drink both alcoholic or non alcoholic. He set the breakfast and dinner table up so nicely, we all got excited when he started preparing. Misty and Olive, kept the place spotless, beds always freshly made and AC turned on in the bedrooms early evening to enjoy a good night's rest. Also our laundry, freshly lined dried and folded, was waiting by our door each morning. The Gardner, who we seldomly seen, but the grounds always remained in immaculate condition. He also prescribed coconuts with straws after a night of indulging. We now consider the staff a part of our family and are super anxious to get back and visit them. We will look no further when planning our next trip to Jamaica, Serendipity is our home away from home!

A beautiful property with a dedicated staff

I enjoyed the majestic views and could not have asked for a more beautiful location. My guests and I felt very safe. I would suggest that a sample budget for food and driver fees also be posted on the property website and/or be determined in advance of the stay.

best birthday ever in Jamaica at the serendipity villa

excellent villa. superb staff. Ms Iona, Mitzi were the absolute best. Everyone from the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff took such great care of us. I would recommend serendipity a 1000 times to everyone I know. First time in Jamaica but definitely not the last. I will not stay anywhere else. Bravo serendipity. You have a fan for life. LD

Serendipity House

The view from the property is wonderfully amazing. The facilities are up to date, clean and well maintained. The most amazing thing about the property however is the staff. Our family of 10 vacationed there from June 11 thru June 16, 2019. The staff (Chef, Butler, House keepers and Gardener) treated us with such kindness and respect that we did not want to leave. Besides their kindness and respect, the food that Miss Iona, the chef, provided for our meals was delicious at every sitting. The Property Manager also showed a great concern that our stay was satisfactory. Our family discussed returning on a future vacation and hope the same staff will be there if we do return. Upon arrival to the easily navigated airport in Montego Bay, Delroy our driver was waiting for us and once loaded off we went. We were feeling a little peckish so he took us to Scotchies which was right on the main road headed to the Villa where we ordered a little bit of everything (roasted fish, jerk pork, jerk chicken, pepper pot soup and all the fixins’ washed down with ice cold Red Stripe) Delroy remained with the vehicle and our luggage; so very accommodating. Once we arrived at the hillside two level villa to our surprise the entire staff from the housekeepers, cook, Butler, pool boy were standing outside with freshly blended fruit juice on ice along with chilled, refreshing Rose Water hand towels to wipe off the day, as we entered the villa to cool breezes blowing off the Caribbean Sea through the open verandah-all our senses immediately kicked into high gear! After I took it all in, one of the housekeepers took us on a tour of the entire villa and asked us to choose whichever bedroom we would like to sleep in, we chose the bedroom nearest one of the living rooms upstairs. Now THIS was how life was meant to be, fresh clean air, clean surroundings, a calm and relaxing atmosphere punctuated by top knotch service and care. Once settled we sat on one of the outdoor patios and watched the beautiful sunset and enjoyed drinks served by the Butler Andrew-who, by the way, can properly make anything you ask him for. The meals each day topped the meals from the day before, if that was even possible, and the fruits served at breakfast were sweet, juicy, and plentiful. GOOD coffee is very important to us and we were not disappointed in the coffee we were served either in the morning or after dinner-hot, fresh and robust-just like we like it, and the fresh cut flowers on the various dining locations tables throughout the entire villa, both floors, made everything just right! We requested that our meals be preferably traditional Jamaican fare yet we didn’t limit or restrict what the cook would make and boy did Iona the cook WOW us with her creative dishes made from scratch! There are too many dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed to describe, and the Butlered meal and drink service raised the bar each time. We ventured out to Doctors Cave beach and enjoyed clear, warm water and a very clean beach; when we returned our beds were turned down and a fresh carafe of water and glasses by our bedside nightly. In a nutshell we can’t wait to go back to Serendipity Villa.

Awesome 50th Birthday Trip!

Serendipity provided the perfect setting for my college girlfriends reuniting to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house was lovely and spacious - great for a large group - but what really made our visit so memorable was the staff. Very kind and attentive - we felt so pampered! And the food was to die for - the chef provided a delicious spread three meals a day. Re-entry into the real world after our stay was tough :) We would highly recommend Serendipity to any large group of family...

We loved Serendipity - cannot wait to go back!

We were a family of 11 and have stayed in various houses over the years. Specifically also in Jamaica. The house was a great set-up for us with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs since we had 3 rooms being adults/parents, then the 3 below by the pool being the teenagers. The staff was lovely and the food was delicious every meal! They utilized the notes we sent down in advance well, and all was done as requested, along with the various Jamaican delights at each meal. The views are perfect, we felt very safe and secluded, and it was also nice having the bedrooms being air conditioned. And we LOVED having our very own tennis court right on the property - we played every day! We cannot wait to go back to this house again and only hope all the same staff will still be there... Otis, OJ, Rosemarie and Rhinard, as well as Delroy - thank you for a fabulous and most enjoyable stay. Beautiful Property, but things to consider.

Fantastic service by all house staff ! Elegantly decorated. Nice pool. There are a few things to consider though. Communications right before the trip were just ok....some questions went unanswered, and the flow of information was on the slower side, which made it harder to plan things. Would be nice to communicate directly, instead of thru homeaway.com. The common areas are not air conditioned. Because we were there in early July, it was hot and meant we had to contend with both the heat and the mosquitoes. There was always a breeze, but it was still warm. Wi-fi was just ok, and a couple of the bedrooms didn't get a signal...so those folks had to be in the common areas to get a signal. Construction just started next door, so noise became an issue. If the common areas were air-conditioned, it would mitigate both the heat and the mosquitoes....and some construction noise. Ensure the manager sends you the ground rules regarding the house driver (i.e. hours per day and what locations/distances are included in the daily rate). This would help avoid any misunderstandings regarding the service. Also helpful would be to have a one page instructional guide in each room to explain the tv/remote settings. The settings are simple, but it would be helpful. Get to Scotties restaurant for the best Jerk Chicken around !

Great Week

I was part of the group that stayed at your wonderful villa the week of April 23-29. I just wanted to say what a great time I had and a large part of it was because of the outstanding staff, especially Melissa. I have a new best friend in her. Because of her I also have a new skill. I sat with her on two different occasions and learned to fold table napkins in different designs. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoying what was a splendid vacation.
