Palma Vista Penthouse Villa is a 3,500-sq. ft. property located at Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It is a 2 level Penthouse comprising a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Range/Oven. Large 1st level balcony and expansive 2nd level private terrace, 3 bedrooms (master-suite with a king size bed; and two additional bedrooms each with queen size beds), For the baby we provide a “Foundations® SleepFresh® Celebrity™ Portable Crib”. There are three full bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are located on the first level, one being an ensuite bathroom for the master-suite bedroom. The third full bathroom is located on the 2nd Penthouse Terrace level. This bathroom has the breezy, easy access of an outdoor shower, opening to the penthouse terrace with a spectacular ocean view. The view from the breezy shower is an experience to live and enjoy.

The property is fully air-conditioned throughout. The villa has dedicated parking for two cars plus visitors parking. Palma Vista is an exclusive and secure gated community, very private (only 30 Villas) that boasts two communal pools, a children’s play area and a gazebo. Palma Vista is adjacent to El Conquistador Resort and Las Cabezas de San Juan.

The panoramic views from the villa and the terrace are beautiful. From the front, Las Cabezas de San Juan, The Lighthouse, Atlantic Ocean, and Caribbean Sea. From the back are impressive panoramic views of El Yunque National Rain Forest and the Puerto Rican mountains and beautiful views of the countryside and its flora. The sunset and sunrise from the top terrace are exquisite.

One of the top beaches on the island of Puerto Rico, Seven Seas Beach is a popular beach for families and for snorkeling around the adjacent coral reefs, and various water sports. The clear waters are teeming with vibrant tropical fish around coral reef areas. Seven Seas Beach is also extremely safe for children, as offshore reefs protect the beach from waves and currents. The region is part of the National Parks System and is considered a 'World Blue Flag Beach'. To obtain the Blue Flag distinction, a beach must comply with a set of very strict standards in terms of water quality, safety and services, environmental education, and information. Blue Flag Beaches are continually monitored for water and land environmental safety.

Seven Seas Beach, with spectacular blue waters and a beautiful sand beach is located at Las Croabas, Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

In addition to being located directly at Seven Seas Beach, which means you do not need a car to get to the beach, only minutes away and within easy walking distance, are the beautiful beaches of Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach), Playa Colora (Red Beach) and Governor's Beach, which are three of the most secluded beaches you can find. This means that it is a romantic spot, it's certainly a great place for snorkeling and just to relax. Playa Escondida means 'hidden' and Playa Colora 'hot/red beach' in Spanish. For it to be hidden, and virtually unused, it is in an out-of-the way place — you must walk about 20 minutes via a trail through a mangrove forest to get there. But the prize is worth it — finding a pretty, secluded strip of beach like this one is always a pleasure. Also, the Governor's Summerhouse is at Playa Escondida. Playa Escondida is very safe for snorkeling, swimming and/or just to contemplate the beautiful panoramic views in very calm waters.

Several nearby islands like; Icacos and Palomino provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling, hiking, and exploring. Local companies or at local Marinas you can get and organize guided tours to take you for a fun day. Especially popular are the Kayak Tours of the Bioluminescent Laguna Grande, which is in Seven Seas Beach and next to Palma Vista Villa. Also 7 minutes by car and in the town of Fajardo ferryboats can take you to Vieques and Culebra, with more places to explore and World-renowned beaches to enjoy. Vieques and Culebra can also be reached by air from Ceiba Airport. Ceiba Airport, which is a 20-minute drive from Seven Seas and Palma Vista Villa, also services flights to other nearby island such as the US Virgin Islands. Air Flamenco operating from Ceiba airport offer flights to San Juan, Arecibo, Ponce, and the islands of Culebra, Vieques, St Thomas, St Croix, Tortola, St Martin, Anguilla, and the Dominican Republic. Seeing more of the island is easy when you take a side trip to see its natural attractions as a part of a day at the beach. A perfect example is El Yunque National Rainforest, which is 22.8 km (14.2 miles) from Seven Seas Beach and Palma Vista Villa.
