Arrive. Park your car. Exhale & walk for the remainder of your visit. You are now adjacent to 93- acre Lithia Park and downtown Ashland. Within a 5-minute walk, you will discover exceptional restaurants, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, curio stores, bakeries coffee houses, cafes, bookstores, 4-screen art house movie theater & summer Saturday Farmer's Market. Within a 10 minutes walk enjoy the Food Co-Op, nature shops, pet stores, veterinarians, yoga studios, gyms, the Carnegie-Melon library.

Suite 1 has high ceilings and exceptional lighting in both the private bedroom and expanded kitchen and sitting room. The windows are high off the ground as seen from the outside and at a comfortably low level from the inside to offer a full picture viewing, which alternates between blue skies, the green of leaves, and the unique brown of the redwood tree trunk. Hopefully you will be treated to the morning parade of turkeys strutting to impress; the strolling deer taking respite from the rain/heat; frequently you will observe squirrels chasing one another or browsing for food, occasionally, a curious cat; and, rarely, a mama bear with trailing cubs.

For your comfort, the floors have radiant heat, and each room has a self-contained and independent ductless mini-split air conditioning/heating unit. These units have the added feature of operating in air filtration or dehumidifier mode.

The windows are upscaled for sound proofing with easily operated pull down screens to block out bugs and let in the cool, fresh air and sounds of the creek. The window shades are top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top, which allows for the perfect position. And the bedroom is thoughtfully outfitted with black out shades to help induce a rejuvenating, deep sleep.

The kitchen has all the appliances, dishware, and kitchenware you will need. The refrigerator is large and the ice maker efficient, which is much appreciated for summer picnics.

In the full-size bathroom, no need to worry about who gets to bathe first as there is a whole-house, on-demand, hot water heating system. You will never experience the dreaded hair-full-of-suds-and-no-mo'-hot-water. And after a day of activity, relax in the soaker tub with that endless supply of hot water.

The pillows and mattress have anti-allergen protective coverings, with extra sheets, blankets and pillows found in the pedestal of the bed or clothes closet.

There is a well-lighted, large closet in which to hang your clothes, shelves to place your folded items and enough space to store your suitcase and things.

There is a nice tall pub-style table to use as your workstation. And, for your convenience, you will find useful office items in a kitchen drawer, such as, stapler, tape dispenser, white out, paper clips, post-its, pens, pencils, markers, etc. There are ample outlets in the bedroom from which to pull power and USB outlets by the bedside, in the bathroom and kitchen. The chairs around the kitchen table easily adjust in height and for your ergonomic comfort. Feel free to pull in one of those chairs and move the high table to the spot that most suits you and motivates those creative and productive juices. The Wi-Fi is rated at 500Mbs download and 25Mbs upload per device. More than enough for zoom meeting, FaceTime, uploading documents, etc. And, for those times you need to really spread out, there is always the kitchen table!

You will find a Smart TV in each room with 200+ cable channels and the ability for you to login to your private streaming service, such as, Apple, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, HULU, etc. It is secured to the wall with a bracket that allows it to be swiveled, turned, and tilted to the viewing point that suits you.

There is a large capacity clothes washer & dryer located just outside your entry door. Soap is provided. It is shared.
