**Outdoor Fun:** The outdoor pool is open year-round, and we've equipped you with **beach chairs, a beach cart, and pool toys** so you can travel light. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen, and you're all set!

**Cozy Indoors:** After a day of sun and surf, relax on the couch and enjoy our **50" 4K Amazon Fire TV** with basic cable and access to your favorite streaming services. Stay connected with our strong Wi-Fi or unplug with a variety of **board games, books, and magazines**.

**Restful Nights:** Our two inviting bedrooms each feature a plush queen bed, closet, and dresser, and are TV-free zones. One has a window with a beautiful beach view and a desk with chair, while the other overlooks the pool. Pillows, linens, and blankets are provided for a restful night's sleep. Room-darkening blackout curtains keep out light, night or day.

**Fully Equipped Kitchen:** Prepare your meals with ease in our fully equipped kitchen. You'll find **full-sized appliances** (oven, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker) and a wide selection of cookware. We also provide a variety of small appliances, including a **Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender**. **Note:** A dishwasher is not provided.

**Full-Sized Bathroom:** The bathroom has a shower-tub combination and a **1600-watt hair dryer** for your convenience. **Towels and beach towels** are provided for each guest.

**Parking Note:** We have 1 marked and dedicated parking spot next to the building stairway. To ensure everyone has enough space, we can allow only 2 vehicles per reservation, but we're unable to accommodate motorcycles, trailers, or commercial trucks.

**Our building is only 2 stories high so we have no elevator, and there are 2 staircases to get to our unit**
**Beach access will require crossing 1 street and walking down stairs**

Unfortunately we do not allow pets, motorcycles or trailers on the property.

Very nice accommodations, but beach access and noise disappointing

I've struggled with this review because the condo was very nice. It was very clean, except the carpets. I don't think they were vacuumed before my arrival. That said, there was a vacuum in the closet, and I took care of it in about 5 min. So, no big deal. The condo was also well stocked, especially the kitchen, which we really appreciated. Also, communication with the owner was very good. I only gave 4 stars however, because of the construction. Yes, the listing talks about the seawall construction. However, please know that this is MAJOR construction with huge cranes and drillers. You definitely have to drive to get to a beach, it's not steps away. And the A1A traffic was quite heavy. So, while I'd say the owner told me, I don't feel like the true nature of the construction was conveyed. But the worst of it was the noise, specifically the endless beeping of the machinery. It was non-stop from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m, everyday, except Sunday. The crews took Sunday off. So, spending time at the pool, or even inside, was constantly accompanied by the loudest, non-stop beeping I've ever encountered. I specifically chose this area of Ormond for the quiet. Had I known the true impact of the construction work, I'm sorry to say, but I would have chosen someplace else.

Beach was a disappointment

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well-stocked, providing everything we needed—including beach items like an umbrella and chairs. The neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful, consisting mostly of retired folks.However, The beach pictures did not reflect the current reality. Upon arrival, there were trucks, including a crane, stationed in front of the condo. Additionally, approximately two miles of the beach were torn up due to ongoing construction on a seawall. Although the vehicles may soon be gone, the duration of the beach work remains unclear. Beach access proved challenging, particularly for those with balance issues. We had to drive 12 minutes to a public beach with free parking, as closer options required a 20/day parking fee. Unfortunately, we were notified of the beach conditions only two days before arrival. A review dated January 26th already mentioned beach construction and loud noise. After our stay, the owner informed us that the beach pictures "accurately show an area of Ormond Beach," which felt misleading.

My stay

The place was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had limited cabinet space for groceries. The front blind needs a wand. The tv was great. The bathroom and furniture could use update. The beach construction was loud a and traffic patterns created delays on A1A.

Ormond by the sea

This condo had everything you will need to enjoy the beach, which is literally steps away. It is also conveniently located to the highway and downtown Ormond Beach. If you like to walk, miles and miles of sandy beach awaits you or you can head back into the beautiful neighborhood nearby. We will be back!

Wedding trip 2024

We got in late and had issues getting in with our code given.I contacted Christi and she responded promptly, she helped us through it and the rest of our vacation was wonderful. The house is clean & the location is perfect!!

Family vacation

This was the perfect location for a family beach vacation. We were looking for somewhere on the beach, close to things to do, but not crowded, and this hit all the check points. The condo was clean and modern, and had everything we needed (including board games when we wanted some time out of the sun).

The property was clean and located conveniently to many attractions, but not so close that you feel like you're in a tourist trap. :) The owners were amazing. Communication was awesome and the property had everything we needed from towels to crab leg crackers. I am hoping the owners will agree to let us make this our annual vacation spot.

After booking with Expedia there was constant confusion regarding the status of the accommodation being paid for. Vrbo said it wasn't, while Expedia said it was. Then at the last moment the host canceled the booking citing a violation of the house rules. All I formation regarding the booking and party I formation was disclosed at the time of booking and was not translated to the host or Vrbo. This has been the worst experience in 15years of using Expedia.

Very Cute Unit

We absolutely loved our unit. It was comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately for us. We found the stairs to the second floor tough. I travel with my 79 year old mother and its hard to carry all of our stuff up the narrow stairs. The pool was very cold, so we couldn't swim and there was only one lounger. My Mom spent most of her time in the unit. It is well equipped and decorated so cute. Any of the issues we had were NOT with the unit. The view from the living room is great! If there was an elevator and.few more loungers we would definitely be back!

Great quiet place to stay near the beach

My family loved staying here and exploring the area. We enjoyed the pool and the beach across the street. Very relaxing to hear the ocean, see a great sunrise, and see dolphins jumping in the wavea one morning. We would love to be back again!! Thank you!!

Close to everything

It’s a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from the beach ( there are no homes on the beach here ) .. 25 mins your in Daytona .. or 15 mins and your in the town of Ormand Beach or Flagler beach where there is plenty of local restaurants shops parks and bars.

Week getaway

When we arrived we weren’t positive we were in the right location as the door didn’t have a letter on it, just a number. The keypad also didn’t look digital, but it was. Never seen one like this, so that was our mistake. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We pretty much had everything we needed, except a couple more towels and makeup towels would’ve been better with two females there for a week. We did attempt to use the coin operated washer and dryer but one was out of order and the other had someone’s stuff in it all day, so we never got to do laundry as we didn’t have free time any other day. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom could’ve used a bit more dusting. An exhaust fan in there would be helpful too, since the window does not open. Free breakfast was on the listing, but it was no longer an option so she did kindly credit us 20. Overall we did enjoy our stay, especially for the price.

First Snowbird attempt

The condo was wonderful. I stayed for about 6 weeks. It was decorated wonderfully. The only negative about it was that the couch is not very comfortable. The complex is a little dated and not kept up very well. There was a fountain that was in disrepair and standing water in it. The patio chairs are not very comfortable and there are only 3 lounge chairs for the 20 units. The decking is coming up in spots and you have to be careful not to trip. The location is great because it is isolated from the business of the downtown area. I was there during the Daytona 500 and thought that it would be an issue and it was not. However, I was there during bike week and that was crazy. There were motorcycles up and down the road all day and night. Very loud. If you have a person in your party who is sensitive to sound you might want to make sure you are not down here - anywhere during bike week. The best thing about this complex are the other snow birds there. I was alone most of the time I was there and the people there make you feel so welcomed. There are about 7 regular snowbird condos and I ended up going out to dinner with them. We got together most every day in the courtyard. I would recommend this unit to a retired couple or person. I don't think kids would like it much as most of the people there are retired. Thank you for the use of your condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christine's condo. It was spotless when we arrived and it is beautifully decorated! With the beach directly across the street we had a wonderful week.

Personally, I love the beach and being on, in, or under the water as a certified SCUBA diver. Part of the year I rescue sea turtle hatchlings, so I am hyper aware of protecting our beautiful environment and existing with wildlife.

This is is one of my favorite places! It's large enough to be comfortable for several people but feels cozy enough for one. The ocean is constantly changing and it can be a roaring surfer's paradise or a gentle roll, but the sound of the waves is a constant. There are several local bars and restaurants nearby. Residents and guests are friendly and accommodating, just ask for anything you need!

We are smoke free and pet free, and keep it that way! Walk to an uncrowded beach, bike or drive to several county or state parks and recreation areas. short drive to Daytona Beach and Orlando and Kennedy Space Center are an easy day trip. Sleeps up to 5 people. Super strong wi-fi signal. Beautiful view from private balcony. Breakfast and coffee included! Free off site parking.
