Secured building with code access doors to get in. Building has elevator and luggage carts for guest convenience. Sleeps 6 comfortably with crib and futon on site. Heated Olympic size pool on site, just steps to the beautiful beach, walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, shops, community center. 5 minute drive to Atlantic City with all its nightlife, shows, boardwalk etc. 25 mins from Ocean City NJ boardwalk with kiddie rides, fun and excitement! Come enjoy best of both worlds .. Brigantine’s quiet, family oriented spectacular beaches and very short drive to nightlife, boardwalks, water parks, nature parks, trails, you name it, it can all be enjoyed from here!!

Lovely corner unit! Everything is as described. Very clean. You can see the ocean from the one bedroom and balcony, and you get a small glimpse of AC marina from the balcony. Even though we were there off season, the pool was open both weekends. Would definitely book again.

Great place!

We had a great stay in this condo at Brigantine Beach. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy. The location was excellent and we had a nice view of the pool. Check in and check out processes were a breeze. The property was very quiet, we never heard any neighbors or traffic. The host was very generous in providing a welcome basket that truly catered to our kids!

Great Place, great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was VERY clean and well appointed. It also had a very well equipped kitchen. Our hosts Lisa and Mike were very responsive and really went the extra mile with the lovely treat basket and wine they left us as well as small gifts for the toddler and baby in our group. Thanks for a great week and a half!

Thanksgiving getaway

This condo was perfect for our getaway. It was just as described, clean and well stocked. The owner Lisa was great! She was extremely accommodating, very communicative and an all around nice person. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We will be back!

Family Vacation

Nice quiet condo by the beach. LR balcony and MBR overlook pool and ocean at a distance. Lovely condo, very clean and well appointed. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Mike & Lisa!

Great experience!

The host was extremely helpful and pleasant. She always responded promptly and even went out of her way for us. The condo is nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed, and is a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was an added bonus. It was a really nice, relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend and we would be happy to return!

Amazing home and location!

We visitied Brigantine for my daughters dance competion and we knew we wanted somewhere quiet between the craziness. This location was the perfect amount of quiet and cute! The drive to "in town" is not far but it was also secluded. The condo was beautiful and so clean. Everything you need. We brought our crockpot and griddle and were able to cook for the week with everything else provided. Balcony was beautiful and the pool was nice. The condominiums had a couple "events" while we were there at the pool. Ice cream sundaes, hot dog and Ritas ice that my kids were SO excited for. The beach is a private beach and we went on the 4th of July and even that day I did not feel as if the beach was crowded. Not like you would have at a public beach. We would 100% reccomend this home to stay at!

Brigantine Beach

Mike and Lisa’s place was perfect for our family of four (kids ages 9 & 10). The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for the week. The washer and dry was definitely a bonus, so we could pack a little lighter. Our family took advantage of using the pool which the kids loved having access to. The beach was wonderful, very spacious and not crowded at all! We would definitely considering renting again!!

Brigantine condo, overlooking pool with ocean view

We loved our stay in Brigantine, NJ. The condo was clean and just as pictured, with beach tags included. The condo unit overlooked the pool and had an ocean view. Check in and check out was very smooth, and the owner had great communication. The beach access was right next to the condo building and the beach was a short walk through the nature preserve. The beach itself was wide, clean, manned by lifeguards, and not crowded. Restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops were a short drive or bike ride away. We will definitely be back!

Beach Home Away from Home!

What a wonderful trip for our family! From the warm welcome including great communication and a lovely hand written note w/ gift, to the BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN home they shared. My girls referred to the beach adjacent to the home as "our private beach" because there was a beautiful path leading to a much less populated spot by the ocean! At the end of the day we were able to cook full meals and play family games, with a newfound love of Chinese Checkers. We reached out right after our stay to request to book again. See you next year (unless something opens up sooner;)!

Perfection!!

We had an amazing week at Brigantine in Lisa and Mike's condo! 3 generations (3 adults and 3 tweens) enjoyed the sun and the sand, as well as all of the amenities the condo and complex had to offer. The unit itself was spotless, and seemed newly renovated. It was bright, open, well appointed, and the perfect place to rest after a long day on the beach! The kids had a blast in the pool each afternoon. The welcome basket from the hosts was above and beyond, and SO appreciated!! Thank you thank you!!

Great Alternative to AC

We had to be in Atlantic City for the week for an event for our daughters. We don’t particularly enjoy staying in or near the casinos with our kids. Brigantine was a nice break from the madness on the other side of the bridge. The condo provided the perfect getaway and peace and quiet we needed at the end of the day. Check in with the lockbox was very easy, especially since we got to New Jersey much later than planned. We were surprised to find there were no towels in the condo when we arrived. When we read “linens included”, we understood that to mean all linens, not just the bed linens. Lisa was very kind, though, and offered to bring us towels in the morning. It was just something we thought should’ve been more clear in the listing. The condo was mostly clean, except for the hair in all of the bathroom drawers. There was also a stray pair of socks left under the table in the living area. The master bedroom bed had a rather uncomfortable mattress topper on it. The bed sheets don’t seem to fit with the mattress topper, and it curls up when you lay down on it. My kids had no complaints about the other beds. The kids were disappointed that the pool closed at 6:00. So, we weren’t able to swim in the evening when we returned from Atlantic City. The beach is also a decent hike from the condo, and there are no restrooms or other facilities close by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the gift basket that was left for us on arrival, which was a nice touch.
