A flexible bonus space ideal for kids, teens, or guests who want extra room to spread out. This area includes a large Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa with a gel-foam memory mattress, and direct access to the backyard and Swim Spa.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Designed for real vacation living, the kitchen is stocked far beyond the basics with stainless-steel appliances, ample cookware and serve ware, toaster oven, small air fryer, and a full coffee bar featuring a drip machine, Keurig, and Breville espresso maker. Pantry and prep essentials like spices, olive oil, foil, parchment, Ziplocs, and Tupperware are all provided.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen essentials such as coffee, filters, and select spices. Guests may need to replenish consumables depending on length of stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Primary renter must be 25+ and present throughout the stay
