Enjoy a stylish experience at this cozy charming bungalow centrally-located right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Equipped with everything you need for your ATLANTA trip. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, parks, and coffee shops. About 8 minutes from the airport, close to Tyler Perry Studio and Mercedes Benz Stadium. An ideal base to explore ATLANTA.



The Space:

The Charming Bungalow has 1,300 square feet of historic space filled with character. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all on one level. This intimate home has a King Bed in the Master, a Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd bedroom. Enjoy a book or movie on the comfy couch and chairs in the living room. There are hardwood floors throughout , Roku TV's and granite countertops. If you like to cook, you will love the fully equipped kitchen with essentials and so much more. This sophisticated southern home is truly a gem.

There is plenty of parking in the back of the home.



Other Things to Note:

This property does not accommodate any parties of any sort. No crowds allowed. No loud music. No drugs and No smoking. There will be penalty for defaulters. Thank you.

Excellent!!!

Great location, close to the airport and lots of good food. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Great shower, comfy beds! Would recommend a few more seats/chairs in the living room, but overall totally fantastic and will likely stay here again in the future!

Great stay

It was exactly as stated, the perfect amount of away from the heart of atlanta! Make sure you bring toiletries tho b/c they donā€™t provide any, and if you have a sensitive butt they only have 1 ply toilet paper. Seating in the living room is scarce, if you have a group bigger then 3 people will be sitting on the ground.

Watch your parking

The parking is really bad because the house is in front of other houses and they use the same driveway so your vehicle will be half in the road and you be scared if someone will hit it. We heard loud music playing nightly.

Nice place but heater doesnā€™t work

We stayed here for the CFP championship weekend. The place was nice and clean and a good location, but there was one major issue that ruined the stay. The heater didnā€™t work and it was 20 degrees in Atlanta. So it was miserable in the house and really hard to sleep when it is 55 degrees inside. The managers seemed to try and help but never really fixed anything. I would say the place is nice but definitely wouldnā€™t stay there if it is cold at all outside.

Ok place, could use some touch ups

Overall it was an okay place to stay. A lot better of an area in Atlanta compared to other places we saw driving around. There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. There were several things that were halfway broken and we didnt realize the kitchen sink was leaking until our last day when water was all over the floor and realized there was a bucket to catch it that was overflowing full. It was really close to the attractions we wanted to go to which was nice. The AC had troubles staying below 73 and the cracks in the door didnt help to keep the humitdy and heat out. Would have been nice to have access and abilities to use the backyard for our kids to play.

Super Cold Temps

When we arrived there was only two forks, so the property manager sent over new silverware! The heat stopped working the 2nd day (temps were in the teens) inside temp was super cold. We talked with the manager, we bought heaters to stay warm. The heat never started working so they said theyā€™d reimburse us $200 for the inconvenience. Overall great place, great communication and when we receive the refund everything will be complete.

Cute home.

The home sits in a well established neighborhood. The house itself is cute. Its an older home that has been remodeled. We were close to everything which made travel easy and quick. There are security cameras around the home. The rooms are spacious. There were five of us and we did not feel cramped. There were a couple quirks like bubbling and creaking of the floor boards and we saw a few pests but again this is an older home. Parking wasn't ideal. Theres a shared driveway so you have to park on the grass right next to the house. The area isnt the nicest. The neighborhood was quiet thankfully, however we didnt feel safe walking around or going to the stores near by. Overall, this is a cute home that treated us well. Whenever there was an issue, the property manager was quick to resolve.

WWBA tournament

My boys and I arrive Sunday evening for a week long stay. Upon arriving home Monday afternoon, and washing some dishes, the kitchen started to flood. I opened the cabinet doors under the sink to find a bucket full of molded water that apparently the sink was draining into. After being unable to contact the host I was advised from Verbo to remove my kids from the situation due to the mold hazard. I was assured I would receive a full refund, however to date that has yet to happen?!? The property manager refuses to take any responsibility for the situation and will not respond to any communication. This is by for the worst Verbo rental experience Iā€™ve ever encountered, And due to the high demand during this week, it was next to impossible to find somewhere else to go with my kids. All I want is for the host and property management team to do what is right in the situation!!! Also, I hope that no other family has to experience what we did and remove their family late at night and drive an hour north to the closest place available.

Do a walk through

There is no address on both sides of the mailbox or on the home so we drive by it at first. The landscaping is non existent and the tree in the front needs to be cut down because itā€™s dead and will eventually fall on the house. The roots from the tree have bucked the walkway and itā€™s not safe because the concrete is mobile. It would be nice to have a better driveway/ parking space with either gravel or concrete since there isnā€™t much parking room. Backyard in NOT accessible, I could only lock/unlock the security door and I had to leave the main door unlocked. The back door knob was falling off and when I told Felecia she said that the owners had no screwdriver and we are the only ones that can access that door. There was a lockbox on the back door with keys but I was not given that code. I was told I can only use the front door electrical lock. I ended up tightening the door knob with a butter knife. The towel racks in the primary bathroom were hanging off. There wasnā€™t any soap of any kind in one of the bathrooms so we had to wash our hands with dish soap. Felecia stopped responding after my 3rd or 4th text message. I guess she got tired of me. Overall the home is upgraded nicely. New linen for the shower would be a good idea because itā€™s is no longer white. I think the place would benefit from a walk through so the minor things can be addressed and make the experience even better. The stay was good, the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very kind.
