The bathroom has underfloor heating, a towel warmer, a generous
walk-in shower with rain shower and a combined washer-dryer.
In addition, there is a cozy Finnish sauna made of light spruce wood in the apartment.
The apartment has 2 balconies, from the balcony in southern exposure you can enjoy the view of the marina and the promenade.

For bicycles, there is a separate storage room in the house, including a charging facility for e-bikes.
You can park your car in the reserved parking lot right outside the front door.

The kitchen is fully equipped and therefore has a dishwasher and microwave. In the living room and bedroom there is a Smart TV each. The high-quality facilities include a CD and DVD player, a fireplace as well as free Wi-Fi.
