The stylish, thatched-roof Achternhuis welcomes you in a prime location behind the sand dunes, on a promontory between the sea and the marina. Directly behind the dunes on the beach of Heiligenhafen.

It is traditionally covered with a thatched roof and forms a very successful combination with the modern architectural style.

A maritime and at the same time modern furnished house with sea view and a little harbor view, it offers a luxurious sauna area. In the distance you can watch Fehmarn.

The open living and dining room is flooded with light through its gable-side window front. This creates the impression of living directly in the dunes. There, in the living-dining area, there is also the kitchen, which makes cooking a pleasure thanks to its room-oriented kitchen block.
Whether from the cozy sofa, the armchairs at the dining table or from the kitchen, everyone can enjoy the fire in the fireplace here.

A large flat-screen TV with music system complete the picture. Wi-Fi is of course.

In the south, the large wooden terrace is embedded in the dunes, here you can have breakfast or enjoy the sun on the beach chairs.

Next to the spacious hallway is the large sauna area. Here you can relax after sunbathing on loungers and enjoy the view of the dunes out of the window. A guest toilet is also located here on the ground floor.

Two master bedrooms and a children's bedroom, which is easily suitable for adults, are located upstairs. The master bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds. Here, too, the high rooms lead into glazed gable walls and large windows to enjoy the view of the dunes, the Baltic Sea or the marina. One even with a balcony on which the evening sun can be enjoyed. If you still manage to turn your eyes away from nature, there is a flat-screen TV in every bedroom.

In the center of the upper floor there is also the bathroom, which includes a floor-level walk-in shower as the sauna. Again, the view from the window.

The unique location directly behind the beach at the pier or aft of the marina offers variety and hustle and bustle. At the house, however, it is quiet and you can watch the bustle at a distance. The entire area borders on a nature reserve, the Graswarder, and is therefore scenically unique.
Fresh rolls can be brought right at the corner to the marina. There are also some attractive shops on site.

For those who are looking for more excitement, head to the beautiful village of Heiligenhafen. The town with its fishing port is a historic town with its large marketplace and many historic buildings, which holds some shops. Likewise, several supermarkets are on site. Many restaurants are located throughout the town and at the harbor. Whether fresh fish or not, here is something for every taste to find on the cards.

Whether you just want to unwind or active swimming, horseback riding, cycling or walking is up to you, but all this is one of the popular leisure activities in Heiligenhafen.

Lying on the beach, the Graswarder roam, explore the place, let yourself be pampered in the restaurants or buy the freshly caught fish directly in the harbor of Trawler and prepare your own, bike rides along the coast, trips to Fehmarn, make boat trips, in case of rainy weather in the sauna lie, read a book in front of the fireplace ...... there is no boredom.
