They live at the top during their vacation, in a cozy attic apartment with an open gable. Following the sun, the apartment impresses with its all-round view to all sides, the Baltic Sea, the nature reserve Graswarder, the marina, the old town and the lake.
After just a few steps you will reach the Baltic Sea beach, the adventure pier, the nature reserve Graswarder with its impressive nature and birdlife, the 5-star "Marina Yachthafen Heiligenhafen", the promenade and the lake.
In addition, the fishing port and the old town and the marketplace are within walking distance.

The apartment welcomes you in the open plan living area with the fully equipped kitchen. Through the loggia you have a great view over the lake, the large balcony with southwest exposure invites you to sunbathe, relax and linger, and the beautiful sunsets can be particularly intense enjoy. During the winter, the cozy log fire warms you up, while enjoying a glass of wine at the sunset.

For rest and relaxation we have equipped the bright bedroom with a large, comfortable box spring bed. In the morning you are awakened by the rising sun, you can enjoy the sunrise from the southeast facing small balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea, the marina, the nature reserve Graswarder up to the Fehmarnsund Bridge.

The bathroom is exclusively equipped and has a large shower. Sufficient storage space can be found in the cupboards and in the storeroom.

The apartment has a parking space next to the underground car park with direct access to the stairwell.
