Our apartment house consists of several apartments, which we have completely renovated, modernized and renovated for you.

Located in the heart of Grömitz, you can reach the beach and shops, banks, pharmacy and doctors as well as the good Grömitzer gastronomy, promenade, pier and the seawater surf bath "Grömitzer-Welle" within a maximum of 500 m.

Your holiday recreation is right on the doorstep, directly adjacent to the beautiful Kurpark with its own access. Enjoy the view of the countryside from our cozy seating area in the garden or from your apartment.

All apartments are bright and friendly in a modern, maritime flair and give you a cozy vacation home when you return from a long day at the beach or from trips to the beautiful Baltic Sea region.

Our "Sonnendeck" apartment is a 3-room apartment with about 69 m² and is ideal for a family of 4.

The living room with integrated, modern kitchen and dining area is a place for cosiness and convivial hours. Enjoy the view of the garden and the directly adjacent spa gardens from the breakfast table in the light-flooded bay window. The maritime seating area with two sofas and a large flat screen invites you to relax after an eventful day of vacation, while dinner is prepared in the comfortable kitchen.

The two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and wardrobes. From one bedroom you can go directly to the shower room with a walk-in shower.

All rooms are designed with high-quality design planks in a noble wood look, the bathroom is tiled. Almost all windows are equipped with external blinds.

The Seepark is embedded on a slight slope between Christian-Westphal-Straße and the Kurpark. The "Sonnendeck" apartment is on the mezzanine floor. You can reach it via an 8-step external staircase, arbor and the apartment's own entrance on the garden and spa park side of the house.

The apartment has a parking space on the property. There is a shared parking space in the carport or garage for bicycles or handcarts. The bicycles and handcarts belonging to the "Seepark" can also be used free of charge by all guests of the house. The beautiful seating area in the garden with beach chairs and grill offers a wonderful view of the spa park and also invites all guests of the house to relax. The great large playground right in the spa gardens is a hit with all young guests.
