The house Mallard is located in a quiet location in a mature residential area. Shops, restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The Wyker city center with the promenade and the popular Aqua-Föhr Meerwasserwellenbad are just a few minutes' walk away. A seasonal beach chair is available at Wyker Südstrand. The spacious living room was furnished with great attention to detail, from here you enter through the large double doors your sunny south-facing terrace. Cosiness and additional warmth are ensured by the Danish stove with large viewing window. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The living area is flooded with light through its floor-to-ceiling windows, as curtains and sliding elements are available as a sunscreen.

The dining table offers space for the big, sociable round. The open-plan kitchen has been harmoniously integrated into the living and dining area and separated by a counter. High-quality, modern and fully equipped, it also offers the ambitious hobby chef plenty of room for creativity on the stove.

Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor of the house. Here too you will find selected furniture and accessories. On request, the beds of one room can also be provided individually. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The two bedrooms in the basement are equipped with boxspring beds and wardrobes. Here is also a second flat screen available. A wardrobe across the entire width of the room offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.
