Holiday home for 2 guests with 90m² in Fehmarn OT Burg (65810)

Our garden house is centrally located in the center of Burg in a south garden and is quiet. You can reach bakers, other shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. easily and quickly on foot.

The garden house consists of three cubes in three levels. In cube 1 and 2 there is the apartment, in cube 3 a sauna with private access and garden view; above the roof terrace of the garden house.

The middle cube is the center of the apartment with kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and living room upstairs.

The open kitchen invites you to relaxed cooking. It is equipped with a hot air oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of closet space. The kitchen equipment is high quality and with design items such. For example, the kitchenware SOLID COLOR from DIBBERN, kitchen utensils from MENU, ASA, WMF, LINUM, etc., just to name a few. From the kitchen leads to the small courtyard facing south.

The living areas are open and light.

From the living room on the upper floor leads to the approx. 16m ² large roof terrace facing south, which invites you in the morning for a breakfast and after a hard day at the beach offers the right setting for a sun-downer.

TV and radio is received via SAT; CD and DVD are available.

The bedroom (Hülsta) is equipped with a double bed B180cm x L 200cm with single mattresses. There is plenty of closet space to bring one or the other sweater or a nice evening outfit. By the way: clothes dryer, iron u.-board are in the apartment.

The bathroom is bright, friendly and individually decorated and very spacious.

On the day of arrival, the holiday property is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home by 10:00 clock at the latest.
