You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Early check-in may be requested 24 hours in advance (Additional costs may apply)

MAIN BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck and an ensuite bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM: This bedroom has King Size bed and smart TV.

THIRD BEDROOM: Cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed with plush linens and a flat screen TV

FOURTH BEDROOM: This room consists of a comfortable Queen size bed in a spacious room with a flat screen tv.

LIVING ROOM: The couch is a full size pull-out. We have extra linens if needed for it!

DINING AREA: Enjoy meals in our bright dining room featuring a spacious table, comfortable chairs, and a large glass door that invites natural light and outdoor views."

✔ We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
✔ The heating of the spa is complimentary - if you would like the pool heated it is an extra charge of $100.00/night plus taxes and fees. (Please notify us 24hrs prior to your check in) The pool heater works based on the outdoor air temperature. During colder weather or cold snaps, heating performance may be limited, and we’re unable to guarantee the pool will reach a specific temperature, such as 85°F.
✔Pool heating is available and will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
✔An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy.
✔There is a maximum of 10 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 12 guests at any other time.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, oThe pool heater works based on the outdoor air temperature. During colder weather or cold snaps, heating performance may be limited, and we’re unable to guarantee the pool will reach a specific temperature, such as 85°F.Occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool operates on a saltwater system, with chlorine added periodically for routine maintenance."

Please note that you may hear the sounds of chickens and roosters during your stay. We're located in the countryside, and it adds to the charm of the experience!

We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound. The house has security cameras on the sides and in the carport, so you’ll feel safe and secure

Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.

Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God.

BOOKINGS YET TO BEGIN
They are RARE, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the National Weather Service (NWS) published hurricane “incidence cone” remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of CAT 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are cancelling your booking. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted, as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather.
ACTIVE STAYS
If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area.
If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities.

You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We again highly recommend travel insurance for your stay in the event of a natural weather event occurs.
Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you. We will make every effort to connect with you, and resolve your reservation situation.

Per the listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.
This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Regular pest control maintenance is adhered to every month.

All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via the platform's Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.

Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, or community, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
