The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks šŸ„ŖšŸ¹, favorite coffee roastā˜•

The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services.

The covered deck offers an outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy this amazing view. There is no better place youā€™ll want to be during a sunset! šŸŒ„ . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. šŸŽ‡ šŸŽ†

Bear sightings are very common in this areašŸ¾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock šŸ”’ all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly šŸ», but do not attempt to interact with them.

The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

No late check-out or early check-in ā°. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.

While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy šŸ¶āŒšŸ˜ŗ for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests and our family members who have allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.

The cabin is exactly as pictured in the listing. It was super clean with lots of towels, soaps, and paper supplies. We absolutely loved the deck and the views. The hot tub was the cleanest we have seen in all of our rentals. We could clearly see and hear the Dollywood firework/drone displays off to the left of the deck each night, which my kids loved. We actually went to Dollywood and then came home to watch them from the hot tub instead of staying late at the park. We were also lucky to be there over July 4th so we got to see about 20 different firework displays in the distance as well. It was truly magical. The drive up is a bit steep and narrow but any car can handle it in the summer. The location is perfect and I would recommend it for anyone visiting the area. It's a hidden gem!

This place was lovely! It is very clean and comfortable, and I was also really impressed with the thoughtful attention to detail for guests (ex. lots of yummy snacks and coffee/tea provided, and extra toiletries in the bathroom). The view was awesome, and our favorite times were spent out on the deck taking in the beautiful sunsets at night and the chorus of birds greeting us in the morning. Pigeon Forge is close by, and Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are a short scenic drive away. Also, I had to change my reservation and the host was very patient and responsive as I stumbled through that late one night. Five stars all around!

Host was great with communication. House was comfortable and accurate. The only thing I would inform future travelers to is the road to get there. Google Maps or Waze are not accurate and you have to use some critical thinking and sign following to get there. There are also several blind corners and steep roads to arrive, not a hindrance, just something to be aware of.

Everything about this property was up to our expectations. Our two kids loved the staircase to the loft, which made going to bed extra fun for them. The view, of course, is what stood out the most, and it was beyond worth it. We got to see drone shows and a great firework show from the balcony. We loved waking up and having coffee outside while the "smoke" from the mountains rolled out. Directions were easy to understand and the keypad for the door was nice. We felt secure and safe our whole trip. Having been supplied some snacks was an extra bonus- we didn't have to waste time and do extra shopping. We didn't really use the kitchen because we ate out but it was stocked with everything we would have needed to cook. It was nice to have a mini washer/dryer to do a quick load of laundry after our very hot day at Dollywood. The hot tub was a huge bonus as well. We loved relaxing there after a long day of walking and fun. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in the future.

Family of 4 with two daughters age 10 and 12, this cabin was perfect for us! We enjoyed the beautiful views and hot tub on the deck. Just as described in the listing and there were snacks on the table when we arrived which was a nice surprise! The location was perfect - we enjoyed the remoteness/mountain vibes of the cabin while still being within 15 minutes of activities in Pigeon Forge. On our last night we picked up pizza from Papa Leones pizzerias - nearby and delicious! Highly recommend, would stay here again.

This cabin stood out to me above the rest precisely because of the endless views. No matter the weather, guests can enjoy the covered balcony overlooking miles of Tennessee forested landscape. It is incredibly peaceful, yet close to attractions for all ages. I absolutely love that the area offers a little something for everyone.

VIEWS!!! Our cabin is close to attractions in Pigeon Forge and has easy access to Gatlinburg. Even though it is close, it feels private and peaceful. You can watch the Dollywood fireworks from the porch!
