Vista Caldera, a former banana finca,
was completely renovated and modernized in 2017.

The comfortably furnished house has a living space of approx. 125 m² on 2 floors. The rooms are high, light and airy. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and attached utility room with dishwasher, a spacious living room with fireplace and beautiful furniture, 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 2 bathrooms. A covered veranda with seating, and a separate laundry room with washing machine.

On the upper floor, accessible via both internal and external stairs, there is a beautiful, bright room with a TV, DVD player, music system, CD player, wifi, bookcase, sofa, armchairs and writing area with panoramic window. A double-leaf door leads to the large roof terrace, which offers a wonderful all-round view. To the north, you can see the national park "Caldera de Taburiente" with its 2400 m high peaks. To the west you can see Los Llanos, the second largest city of La Palmas, followed by the volcanic chain to the southern part of the island. Then you look out over the sea to the lighthouse of Los Girres.

It was built in a former irrigation depot "Aljibe" and can be reached via an outside staircase. In front of the pool you can refresh yourself under an outdoor shower.

Various seating, loungers and wicker chairs invite you to linger outdoors. Exotic flowers and shrubs bloom in the beautifully landscaped garden; Tropical fruits such as mangoes, bananas, papaya and citrus fruits are available to the residents depending on the season.

Activities:
Because of the year-round pleasant temperatures, many different activities can be carried out.
Bicycle tours, hiking on well-signposted paths, all kinds of water sports such as sailing, diving, fishing, deep sea fishing or dolphin watching by boat.

The sandy beach of Tazacorte is ideal for less sport-loving vacationers. Sun beds and umbrellas are available and nice, small restaurants offer local and international specialties. The lively city of Los Llanos with its beautiful plaza invites you to stroll through the city.

A bus stop is approx. 100 m from the house.
