A magnificent, large luxury apartment in a 500 year old former farm in the countryside - something very special. Luxury and tranquility paired with perfect internet access, sauna and fire pit in the 2000sqm garden for leisurely barbecues.

The living room

In our brand new renovated, beautiful apartment (150sqm) you can really feel good. 200-year-old entablature, with state-of-the-art bathroom, top cuisine, plenty of space and internet (50 MBit)

3 bedrooms for 5 persons,. A new kitchen with induction and coffee machine (Senseo), Tschibo capsule and filter for brewing. And if it should be cool outside, a cozy fire in the stove helps.

2000 sqm garden with old trees, sauna and fireplace invite you to relax, barbecue and cozy get-together.

And the best - internet (50MBit) is everywhere, also in the garden (WiFi). It's best to work with the laptop so comfortably by the fire. If it rains, we have Netflix for you for cozy TV nights.

A hint yet - Rammingen is a small Bavarian village in which there is still a lot of agriculture. Super to discover animals, calves, horses and alpacas are in the immediate vicinity. The downside - well - direct neighborhood means - sometimes you do not have to see the nice little animals to know that they are there ... and depending on the season the tractors rush by during the day.

There is a nice shared sauna and a fire pit in the garden,

Other important information

Attention - Rammingen is a small village outside of Munich. There really is not much going on here, except for some farming and a few very nice beer gardens. Please do not expect too much - you need a car, there is plenty to see nearby.
