Your rental worked great for our annual sibling get-together. It was very clean and comfortable. We LOVED the screen porch. That was definitely our favorite hangout spot. The beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was consistent and fast. We really appreciated having the coffee pods and French Vanilla creamer to get us started right as well as plenty of toilet paper! There was plenty of seating for everyone in the living room so we could all sit and visit and the family room in the basement was great as well. Although we did all agree that if we lived here, we'd swap the couches as the couch and loveseat downstairs are much more comfortable. We'd have spent all our visiting time down there but we have one family member that can't handle steps well. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is so convenient to great places to eat, fun entertainment and shops.

Great house for the price! Host was communicative and acted quickly with a couple of issues. The back porch and yard are perfect for hanging out and playing cards, coffee and a book, kids playing, or a glass of wine at sunset. The location was also perfect for us- 20-25 mins to the Convention center, 15-20 mins across the river into St Paul, 10-15 mins to the Mall of America, and 5 mins to groceries!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of this property. We found mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and a dead mouse in the downstairs utility closet. After finding those things, we no longer felt comfortable with the cleanliness of the home and felt that it was not being well maintained.The screened-in porch and backyard were definitely highlights and provided a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. However, the screen had several areas that needed repair.Overall, while the property has some great features and potential, the cleanliness and maintenance issues took away from our experience. We hope these concerns are addressed so future guests can have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is the best!! Only a mile or so from the Gallaria, Pottery Barn,Macy's, great restaurants. We have been coming to the Minneapolis area for years and we would stay here again! House is in a safe quiet neighborhood and easy to get to!

We came to the area for a 3 night stay to check out MOA and various local attractions. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and communication was excellent. The home is a very easy 10-15 min drive to the mall and many other spots. Home was clean and spacious. The bedroom downstairs does only have 1 bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs one is a smaller room with a twin bed the other two hedrooms are decent size with full or queen beds. We loved the space downstairs the best. The backyard is nice, we did not bring our dog but it would have been a good space for her to roam. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed, maybe could've used a bigger or second baking sheet but overall was sufficiently stocked. Parking was easy and had plenty of space and we felt the neighborhood was safe. We enjoyed our stay!

Angels vs Twins

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great location, yard and screened porch a big plus, amenities top notch and ease of accessibility and communication were great! Even though our team let us down at Target Field - the trip was a blast! All five of us give a rousing thumbs up and we will be back!

Clean, comfy, great location!

Four adults and two kids (5 & 8 years old) in town visiting family. House was very clean and comfortable, neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for visiting the MOA and zoo, and twenty minutes to get basically anywhere in the city. The screened in porch and back yard were a lovely bonus we hope to enjoy more during future stays. Highly recommend.

While the house was pet friendly and the porch was large and yard also as mentioned. The home itself is in need of serious multiple major repair issues. There was a large hair mass in the bathtub, from pervious guest that we had to clean out in order for the tub to drain, as well as food left under the counters from floors not being cleansed properly. We also found mice droppings not only on the porch where they had chewed through a cabinet, and several area’s around the property but in the pots and pans and other cupboards in the house. The downstairs bathroom has a canister container for shampoo, conditioner and soap. The shampoo container had a large glob of MOLD in it. The garbage had not been taken out in weeks as there was a huge pile in and around the large bins. The communications with the owner was prompt but not helpful. All we got were excuses or not even a reply (as when we mentioned the hair clog). When we mentioned a rebound or compensation that was totally ignored. I would not ever recommend this property or any other property that this individual owns to anyone.

home away from home

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Wished we didn't have to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay and call this place our home for a few days. It was ample space for 3 adults and 2 kids. It was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy access to the highway. Minutes away from the MSP airport and Mall of America.

Perfect for all kinds of reasons!

We had a small family get together for Christmas. Now known as the Christmas House, we are looking forward to more family get togethers at this property. The screened porch, fenced back yard, spacious basement and great location made it the perfect choice. Communication was efficient and made it easy. We felt right at home.

Pretty nice clean older house. A bit on the small side rooms kind of packed together upstairs with one bathroom. Creaky wood floors pretty noisy. The yard was large and lush, however, it was not maintained very well, grass very long some areas that were very dirty, including the barbecue area. The barbecue itself was dirty and rusted out didn’t seem usable. Overall, pretty nice place, communication about getting some things taken care of and cleaned up were delayed a great deal.

We specifically rented this place for the screened in deck and fenced in back yard so our toddler had a place to play. The lawn was very long and lots of weeds around the place, only being mowed once in the 3 weeks we stayed. Also, there were highline wires stretched taught around some trees in the back yard we thought were not safe. We asked for a partial refund but have not yet received a response. If we do, I will update our rating. We also messaged that the TV's weren't working for the last 2 days of our stay with no response. No help received.

Great house for a family reunion

We were a family of 10 gathered in Minneapolis fot a college graduation, all adults except 1 teen and a newborn.. We used the whole house, including the aerobed. (We got advance permission from the manager to have 10 guests and were told we must bring our own bedding and towels for those using the aerobed.) Though the house is not large, the rooms are furnished well and space was not an issue. The weather was on the cool side, so we didn't use the yard and screened porch as much as we imagined, but they were lovely to have available. The kitchen is small, but we just used it for snacks, and ismple make-your-own breakfasts. WE went out for some meals and brought in pizza one night. The location was very convenient with a Target and other shopping very nearby. Also great freeway access for other places in MSP.
