Very conveniently located near UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, Reno Sparks Convention Center, Midtown and near the Truckee River dining & entertainment to name a few. You can drive to Lake Tahoe for a day and enjoy Reno for the night. You have 100/FULL private access to the home. You can park on the street in the front of the house (Washington St) to access the house directly. You also have the option to park one car in the driveway shared with the owners, accessible from the back street (Ridgeway Ct). The separate unit in the back with shared short walkway is utilized by the owners when they are in town. The owners may be in the yard briefly to garden. If you're lucky you may be able to catch Truffles and Portabella, their 2 friendly mid-size schnoodles who only use the yard on occasion with owner supervision.

The shared yard is free for you to lounge in with the deck, picnic table and beautifully curated summer chairs (none of which the owners utilize). The best time of day is in the evening when the string lights automatically turn on to transform the backyard into a magical space that we hope you enjoy!
