With this three bedroom condo it really is all about location! Wake up to this view every day, and you know you chose the right vacation. In the exclusive beachfront community of Playa Turquesa Ocean Club. Located in the heart of the Los Corales/El Cortecito area, where all the bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. No need for a car

3 bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. Third guest room with bathroom adjacent. Then for that extra guest you have a small room off the kitchen (maids quarters) with a single bed, and its own shower and toilet.
Great space for large families or groups of friends to enjoy.
We provide the best internet service (50mbps) should you be on a workcation...and cable TV service in livingroom and master bedroom. The large balcony has plenty of room to enjoy your cocktails with the sea breeze and that view! And for dining al fresco.
The condo comes fully equipped and then some. Central A/C (although separate units for each livingspace/bedroom so you dont have to cool the whole space at once/only the room you are using) or you can make use of ther natiral breeze, as the condo comes equipped with ceiling fans and screens on the windows and doors
Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electric is charged separately. We will take a reading with you at check-in, and again at check-out when you will pay your full consumption. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

A beautiful view

The overall condo experience was great. Everything you needed was there. The view was simply amazing and the location was spot on. We felt completely safe even walking to the local restaurants. Liz was a great property manager and communicated with us in a timely manner! We will stay again!

Amazing view & comfortable stay

We recently stayed at Playa Turquesa Ocean Club Condos. The view from the condo was breathtaking and something that we will always remember. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very convenient for our family because the pool was literally next to condo. We could easily keep an eye on our boys from the terrace. "Biggest Selling Feature IMO" It was also really easy to get in touch with the host, Liz Burges Cabrera, through Vrbo, she was really nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here with your family, if you're looking for a beautiful location with great amenities and a friendly host. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat.

Spring Break Getaway

After stumbling on Playa Turquesa on an online VRBO search we began to look into our recent stay and are so glad we we chose this condo. The photos don't do justice to the views from the front deck where we ate breakfast and had after dinner drinks watching and listening to the ocean. The blue water, tall palms, and white sand beaches were even better than expected. It was lovely to feel so secure with the gated community and have the freedom to walk the miles of beaches. Liz was friendly and helpful at every step of the way and even greeted us upon our arrival and provided help arranging taxis and any recommendations we asked about. The facility was undergoing a update during our stay and besides the random painting crews roofing workers the place was well kept. The unit it self came well equipped with kitchen amenities, bedding supplies and even sand toys upon request! The grocery store across the street provided everything we could have needed. In total we spent 7 nights and ate a different local restaurant each night and were never disappointed. Boat tours were steps away from the condo provide access to any on or off shore experience you could imagine. The snorkeling was amazing. Though the sea grass made a mess of the beach each night the staff endlessly fought it during the day. The newly painted buildings look great and the pools were a perfect temperature to cool off in. Not only did we love all of these things, but the facility was family friendly and our children made many new friends to play with each day. All in all we loved Playa Turquesa and will certainly return.

Fantastic local experience!

This is a gem of a property — my husband and I took our three young adult children and used all four bedrooms, and all four bathrooms. We loved it, the beach is beautiful, visible from the balcony. The property is great. And Liz is FANTASTIC. Honestly, Liz was the icing on the cake. Constantly available, and even had some local store owners deliver some things to us on Christmas night. December 25! it was the day we arrived and we needed help and she was just amazing. Two things you need to know: you are staying in a local neighborhood. There are no resorts nearby, it is very authentic. You need to be ready for that. We loved it, the food was fantastic. The locals were great. But you are not in a cocoon among a lot of vacationers. The second thing is that we were there between Christmas and New Year’s, and the beach was not crowded, and the condo complex was not crowded. But there were still not enough chairs for all of the guests and owners in the property. We had to go down and reserve chairs by beach & pool in the mornings, and the security guards would take all of our belongings if we were away from our the chairs for more than an hour to make room for other people. I do not take this is a terrible negative, it is a very high season there, and for good reason. It’s beautiful! Just know what to expect. Overall I would say it’s amazing. Lots of great food and Liz Nazaakat everything about everything. Eat at Captain Cook, Jellyfish, Citrus. Buy groceries. Ubers are VERY inexpensive.

Perfect beach location

That view everyday was the best. We would sit outside at night and listen to the waves and play games. The beach is so close and the restaurant right there was very convenient with great food, drinks, and service. Even though it was December we always got a spot with shade which was great because I was pregnant and had a 1 year old. You could walk the beach for a while. Sadly Mother Nature brought king tides so there was seaweed and too much to clean up so wasn’t the picturesque photos or super clam water but such as life and the sand was still amazing! The pools were wonderful. Nice and clean and good temperatures. The location is great since there are several great restaurants just a few steps from the complex. The little grocery store across the street literally had everything! Including sand toys and pool toys, swim diapers, sunscreen, food. Liz the property manager is phenomenal. She is so nice and incredibly helpful answering my questions. We also had 2 AC unit go out and she had them fixed within 24 hours! The condo unit is older but has everything you need and is clean. They supplied a pack n play which was in good shape! No high chair but luckily we had a portable folding one that strapped to the chair. We also never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was perfect too. There is lots of security too which I wasn’t aware of but appreciate all them keeping the grounds safe. I would recommend. Also the driving there is absolutely nuts haha so I would just plan to taxi everywhere. Liz or the front desk staff were super helpful with arranging things for us. Also it’s not very expensive to take taxis. Bring your kids car seat or booster seat though because no one has one.

Great location

Our family of five adults stayed here for a week. Everything was wonderful. Our flight was late arriving but our driver waited for us. We stopped at the larger grocery store and bought groceries. Eddie, our driver, even stopped at a liquor store for us to get cold beers to drink when we got to the resort. Eddie was fantastic! Liz was waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. She showed us around and answered our questions. I did have a few questions later in the week and one member of our party had to leave early and Liz was very attentive and answered my texts within minutes. She arranged for our member to have a driver for the airport. She came to the unit when we left. She was extremely attentive to any of our needs. The location of the unit is great. You do not need a rental vehicle….and the way the locals drive, I am glad we did not have one. There are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance….so many that you can eat lunch and dinner at a different place each night of your weekly stay. I will say that if you are an inpatient person, the DR is not for you. Most local restaurants are very slow with service for food or drinks. The condo was very comfortable for our family of five adults. The beds were comfortable. We slept in the front bedroom and did not use the AC due to a great sea breeze continually coming through the sliding glass doors. The breeze was so nice the whole week we stayed. We spent most of our time on the double patio. It had a perfect view of the beach/ocean which was a few steps from the condo. And the beach had its own lawn chairs and palapas for our use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only negative thing I can mention is the grill. We tried to grill out one night and it did not go well. The grill needs to be trashed. Otherwise, wonderful stay in a beautiful condo!

Superbe condo!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine de vacances dans ce condo! La galerie avec vue sur la mer est parfaite, le condo est grand, propre,confortable avec accès par ascenseur, la piscine est à proximité, le resto bar sur la plage offre un choix de menu léger délicieux. Liza nous a bien reçu et est très gentille, merci Liza j’espère que nous nous reverrons l’an prochain!
