Apartment No. 1 in the house on the dike

Our house is located only 200 m from the dike and from the upper floor (bathroom of apartment no. 2, bathroom and kitchen of the family apartment and the whole attic) you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea! The bathing and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only 1 km away. If you are looking for rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, then you have come to the right place.

The 20 square meter apartment is located upstairs and offers a kitchenette (2-plate stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining area and a comfortable sitting area and a large double bed (180x200cm). The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a window. In the hallway you will find a small relaxation area with sofa.

The house is located in a residential street, from the sea you are separated only by a field. Nevertheless, the island center castle is only 5 km away, where you can find all shops, u. a. find the marine center and the Galileo world of knowledge for the children. The Inselbäckerei Börke provides fresh bread to the front door, a small supermarket can be found at the campsite 200 meters away.

In the large garden, the children have plenty of space to play, the grounds are completely fenced. BBQ facilities are available. The use of the garden is possible after consultation with the tenants of the ground floor apartment. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "green Brink".

On the ground floor there is a large room where surf material can be stored and dried. You will also find a washer and dryer that can be used for a small fee.

Please note that the city of Fehmarn charges a tourist tax of € 1 per adult and night in low season and € 2 per night in high season (05/15 - 09/15/2019). We must additionally collect these from you and forward them directly to the city of Fehmarn.

Please note that guests are required to bring bed linen and towels.
