This amazing NEW vacation home is located in the resort of Windsor at Westside, one of the newest and most luxurious resort communities in the area of Orlando/Kissimmee. Find yourself just a few miles away from Disney, and within easy reach to all attractions, shopping and dining. The resort offers a fabulous Water Park, State of the Art 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse with Fitness Center, Resort-style heated Pool with Lazy River, Tiki Bar & Spa, Volleyball Court.

Our elegant villa is furnished new and offers everything you may need for your ultimate comfort, from fully equipped kitchen, to all basic amenities, Peloton for your personal use, resort amenities access, and management on site ready to assist with all of your needs!

We offer very easy 24 hour self check in process. Entry code is sent prior to arrival. All we need is your guest list so we can pre register all guests in the resort system.

Family Togetherness

Great house and listing is correct. We did have an issue with the incorrect door code, but they quickly corrected. Also wasted time going to main gate to check-in. Overall it was a fantastic place for family to be together.

The property is listed as a NEW vacation home and listing photos are deceptive. The photos on this listing appear to be old.The outdoor furniture and walls were filthy, cushions stained and some cushions with cigarette burns. Looking like it, all needs replaced. Grill in rough shape and tanks were filthy! Exterior doors paint peeling and dirty. Garbage bench container broken, reported to host, she stated the HOA was notified and is responsible to replace.We see the refrigerator water dispenser alarm alerting to replace water filter. Upon further investigation. The refrigerator water dispenser looked like it had pink/red slime possibly mold around the nozzle.The interior was poorly maintained: The house was not cleaned properly, crumbs under the cushions and in a kitchen cabinet. We see dust CAKED on all baseboards and corners. Living room furniture worn and cushions stained, ripped pillow, Bedroom furniture throughout was cosmetically WORN, and a Urine stain on a bed mattress! That I don't see until stripping bed upon exiting. THAT would have definitely been a deal breaker had I seen this upon arrival! Upon arriving contacted the host about the condition of home. Host did offer a refund if we left. Unfortunately, we had four grandchildren, pre-bought park tickets. and decided to make the best of it, assuming the beds and bathrooms appeared clean. For the high price paid, we expected a well-kept home, not one the needed furniture replaced and a deep clean!

Hi Tonja, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however, the exaggeration of all items mentioned is quite excessive! The first day you arrived, you have sent us a dramatic message to report a Dead animal in the house and a bit of dust around it! We found out it was a plastic toy forgotten by another guest's kid. Once we all laughed it off we thought you would be contempt and will find a moment to enjoy your vacation, but we were wrong. You kept sending message after message as if almost this was actually the peak of your vacation. We understand that a bit of dust and a crumb may be overlooked and we addressed all minor items, we attended your needs at our best. We also offered you a full refund to find another home that would meet better your expectations. You have decided to stay!! Thanks again!
