GRILL:
To keep the nightly rate low, the grill is not included in amenities. If guests wish to use the grill, there's a fee of $50 to cover a propane tank and extra cleaning. Kindly let the host know if you want to use the grill during your stay.

TELEVISION and INTERNET:
3 smart TVs! There is 1 TV in the living room, 1 TV in the dinning area, and 1 TV in the master bedroom with access to Netflix, Disney+, or Hulu. You may also cast to the TV.
Free WIFI -- There is high-speed wireless internet access.

KITCHEN and COFFEE:
The kitchen is equipped with knives and cookware, family sized toaster, and Ninja air-frier.
The coffee bar has a Keurig K-Elite coffee maker and K-pods are provided along with a variety of tea for your enjoyment.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary snack and drinks in the fridge and the pantry. Tips are appreciated (Our children helped stock up the pantry and will use the tips to help orphans in Vietnam.)

ENTERTAINMENT
You can enjoy lawn games like corn-hole, and play basket ball, soccer ball in the backyard. Turn on the misting system and patio string light at night and roast some s'mores (when it's cooler ;))
Inside, there are board games, chess, and books.

CHILDREN
The house is child-friendly, and you are welcome to bring children of any age. Please notify host if special arrangement and accommodation is needed.

PET RULES
We allow up to two small dogs per booking. You must indicate you are bringing a pet when booking, and pay the pet fee per VRBO rule. We love pets and know they are family, but we do ask you follow our pet rules:

-Guests must acknowledge agreement to the below rules and pay a pet fee.
-Animals are not allowed on the furniture or beds
-Animals must be crated while you're away (a crate will be provided if you'd like).
-Clean up after your pet
-Guests are financially responsible for any damage done by their pet, as well as additional cleaning fees incurred if rules are not followed.

PARKING
2 free parking space per booking (that's at least $100 value for free!) Kindly let the host know if you are bringing more than two vehicles. Please park on one side of the driveway.
On AT&T stadium games day, the ADORA's owners and friends may park on one side of the driveway (2 cars max.)

Guest access
Guests can access all of the property, except for the locked shed in the far corner of the yard where we store gardening stuff.

NO PARTIES or EVENTS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PARKING: 2 free parking spaces per booking! Save you $$Hundreds when attending games at the AT&T Stadium! Kindly notify the host if you are bringing more vehicles. Guests are to park on one side of the driveway. (Occasionally during game days, ADORA's owners allow friends and family to park on one side of the driveway - 2 cars max.)
