Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light. The open and airy concept throughout promotes togetherness and great conversation. Cozy up by the fireplace with a good book or host a movie night on the large TV in the living area. The group's chef will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the counter space you could ever want. The main bedroom is comfortable and spacious, boasts ample storage, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The back porch is excellent for watching sunsets, and the firepit is perfect for telling ghost stories and watching the stars come out.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
