Stylish Suite for 2 - Heart of the Outer Banks - Private Gym and Hot Tub.

Salt Suite; the OG of our rental properties. This suite is a newly renovated private apartment on the ground level of our home with it's own separate entrance. We have went out of our way to make your stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. We have just about everything you need, and we are in the most central location on the Outer Banks. The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean is 3/4 of a mile away with multiple beach accesses and ample parking. Head 3 short blocks west and you will find the bike path and several sound accesses where you may watch the sunset over the water. Take a bike ride on the path to the Wright Brother's Monument and National Park. We provide the Bikes! Our home Gym is available for you to use at your leisure. Its private and easily accessible; right next door to the Suite on the ground level. Enjoy the firepit / grilling area also. New this year is a relaxing Hot Tub that is just for our guests! We hope to see you soon!
FYI, we live upstairs, but we are aware and respectful of your space.

Had a great time! Great location, bikes were super helpful getting around, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, loved the lighting choices(could go from ambient to bright) and furniture was comfortable.

The suite was immaculate, cozy and in a great location. The hosts thought of everything we would need, even things we didn't know we would need! The family was very lovely when we would run into them. They gave perfect recommendations and helped make our stay comfortable. There was a binder with all the information we needed for our stay there as well as local information. It was SO helpful! With the location, we were able to bike, hit all the recommended restaurants, jockeys ridge, a wild horse tour, walk through Duck, visit Roanoke Island and go to the aquarium in 2 days. The hot tub was amazing after a busy day. We absolutely recommend

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great time, perfect spot for a couple of people. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved all of the amenities - bikes, hot tub, grill, and even plenty of toiletries. Location is wonderful, center of the Outer Banks makes it easy to explore.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at the Salt Suite! Property is just as photos depict and the place is well maintained and CLEAN! We truly enjoyed the hot tub and look forward to perhaps staying again in the future!

Very Clean

This was a very clean place and pictures are accordingly. Note that the family lives above which bothered my husband but not me. They were very respectful and I did feel like if we had an issue that it would be satisfying communication and resolution.

Sweet little getaway spot

We had a wonderful time! This property is just the right size for two people. We used several amenities including Wi-Fi, the barbecue pit, the bikes, and the jacuzzi. The location was in the area of all we wanted to see and explore. We recommend biking to the sound and watching the sunset! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Enjoyable quiet studio

Unit was simple, clean, and just far enough from the commercial district. There were many extras that were not necessarily shared in the description so as to become a pleasant surprise once settled in. A property to come back to on subsequent visits.

Belated Honeymoon

My husband and I visited OBX for a belated honeymoon. Amy and Chris were so nice and the place was just as described online; clean, cute, everything you need with a lot of sweet touches and thought put into it. We spent most of our time out of the apt. traveling around but it made a great home base to come back to in the evening and was perfect for two. There was a little box of local chocolates with a note wishing us a happy honeymoon when we arrived - love those little touches. Thank you!

Great vacation!

Everything was great, we enjoyed the stay , it was very pleasant . It was a nice getaway. The host were very friendly and very informative. Gave us a history of the area . I would highly recommend this as a five star place to stay. Everything you need for a vacation getaway.

My husband, Chris, grew up in the Outer Banks. His family was shipwrecked here in the late 1700’s. He is a true local. I grew up in western Maryland near Deep Creek Lake and moved to Hatteras Island in 1998. We are both motivated and hardworking; we love working in hospitality. We are an adventurous family with Cattle Dog, Riptide, in tow; always out surfing, beaching, hiking, skiing, climbing, and biking. If it involves being outside, we are game.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is close to a great bike/walking path with water and sunset views. Centrally located and very close to the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We take really good care of our Suite and you can't beat having your own private gym right here on the property. We also have a brand new hot tub that is just for our suite. Everything is cleaned thoroughly between each guest. We supply just about everything you need for your stay and if there is something we missed, please don't hesitate to ask. FYI , we live upstairs. You will see us outside occasionally and you may hear some noise upstairs but we are always aware of our guests and respectful of your privacy.
