Weekend family & friend trip

We arrived right after Hurricane Ian. Check In was a breeze and communication with host was easy and quick to reach. House was so large and easily accommodated our large group. Everyone enjoyed staying here

Our stay in this house was magical!! Is extraordinary, very good location to the parks and the Orange County convention center!! The comunication with the host was very quick !! The adress is the correct , close to Walmart and great stores !

Great family stay

Amazing house with great themed bedrooms. Pool is great. The house is just a minutes walk from the main clubhouse which was amazing. It is very quick to get the Disney and the other parks. We have stayed in many gated communities near Disney, but this one is the best!

Comfortable house, great location to Disney, pool heat works

My family stayed at Villa Ichabod for a quick trip to Disney. The house is conveniently close to Disney attractions. Everyone had fun in the resort pool which is just around the house. Our kids really enjoyed the game room arcade games. The pool heat works as expected we all enjoyed the heated spa and pool. Overall great house and responsive host. High recommend!

A Baby shower

We had a great stay. I didn't know how many family members were coming from various states, since the baby shower was in Jacksonville, but the home had more than enough rooms for us. It was fun choosing our featured rooms. There were minor issues, but not enough to interrupt our stay. We would love to come back and would recommend to others.

Poorly equipped for a family of 9, as we were. There were not enough chairs at the dining room table and nor was there sufficient cutlery cups etc. The ceiling vents downstairs, through which the cool air was blown around the house, were covered in mould which I assume was therefore blowing mould spores into the air.The pool furniture was broken with exposed sharp and rusty metal chair legs and the pool deck was filthy from the BBQ.In respect of the BBQ it was also disappointing that the owners should feel the need to padlock the BBQ and charge an additional payment for use.We won’t be returning to this house.

New year's vacation 2022

My family had a great stay at this house. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable to fit our large family. The kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. The big pool and splash was just around the corner from the house so very convenient. The host was responsive and accommodating. When one of the towel racks came loose in the bathroom the manager came shortly to fix it. We loved the house and highly recommend it.

Sleepy Hollow

Huge beautiful home with great view of the pool from the kitchen! The two arcade games next to the kitchen were all the rave. We had to mop the floor when we got there the tile was not cleaned. Otherwise everything seemed clean and we had room for all.

Needs a proper cleaning

Overall the villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The property was perfect for our large group and the location is great and very close to the main pool. However the villa was very dirty. Pictures were sent to the property management but nothing was done. The pool water level was very low when we arrived so the pool heat we paid for didn’t work until someone came to fix it the next day. Overall it was okay, but it needs a deep cleaning.

Very run-down house

Unfortunately, the house has not been maintained over the years. It was also very dirty overall. Ventilation system and air docks were very dusty. Nets around pool area were broken and old bandage left in a corner of the pool. Cleanliness in all areas was below expectations. We bought cleaning products and cleaned the kitchen intensely. No kitchen towels available. We bought some (renter offered to reimburse, property mgr was responsive during our stay as we had a few issues but of course could not fix the overall condition of the home). Very old carpet in stairs and in all bedrooms. This house was probably great over 20 years ago and needs now major update. On the good side, the kitchen is well equipped and common area with living room and kitchen is perfect for family gathering. We had friends staying in a renovated villa nearby and it was much better.

Great location but needs a few things...

You can literally walk to the community pool and fun area which is very nice. This property is good enough for large families who are not looking for luxury and/or upscale amenities. The pool isn't very large. The washer and dryer are old and very loud! The kitchen is a great size and pretty well equipped. There are definitely areas of the home that are in great need of upgrading: Curtains/verticals, bedding, carpet on the stairs, bath towels, washer & dryer, and some cookware. I rent at least 3 vacation homes every year, and I rely heavily on reviews. This is not a bad house at all. It just needs the upgrades mentioned and a professional cleaning service.

2706 Sleepy Hollow - Excellent

Property experience was over the top !!! We had 3 separate groups arrive on thursday September 14, 2022. From between noon and 11:00 pm. The young adults-aka kids- had a riot in the play room using the arcade until the early morning hours. I call this a big plus. The other huge PLUS, is the access to the grounds water recreation area. The use of the main pool and lazy river was utilized and enjoyed by all. The property itself - was awesome. The layout and accommodations of the bedrooms, bathrooms insured that there would be no issues with bathroom occupancy. Meaning the ladies getting ready for a night out. The close proximity to Epcot and Disney Springs is also a bonus. Only a 15 minute ride. Above all, a great place to hangout for a larger group of 10 to 12 people. Would highly recommend.

UN PLACER DISFRUTAR DE ESTA CASA

La Casa estaba limpia y bien acondicionada. Con todo lo necesario para disfrutar con los pequeños. Los dueños tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos una cuna y una trona que nos fueron de total utilidad. Solo comentar que los tres últimos dias nos faltó el agua caliente en el spa que ademas pagamos, pero ya no quisimos llamar a nadie y disfrutamos de la piscina.

Nice house in great location

Stayed at this house for a weekend trip to Disney with my family. The resort is close to the Disney entrance, and the house is in a great location close to the resort clubhouse. We enjoyed spending time in the lazy river and just hanging out. The house is nicely decorated and the king beds are very comfortable. Tiki bar by the pool is a nice touch. My family enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The host are quick to respond to our questions too. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great family time

My family had a great time at this house. We rented the house because my grand-daughter wanted to stay in the Encanto theme room. The house is comfortable enough to fit 15 people in a very good location, close to the parks and the resort clubhouse. The host Cynthia had everything arranged before our arrival. Any issues we had it was resolved very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the house and great host

We stayed at this house for a quick trip to the parks with the kids. The house looks fresh and clean. It's big enough for 14. The kids enjoyed the different games in the house. Coffee bar is a nice touch. The host was very responsive to our questions. The only thing that can improved is to have more towel racks in the bathroom. Otherwise highly recommended and will definitely be staying in this house again!
