The apartment is located in the 1. First floor in a newly built holiday home. It has a living space of approx. 45 m² and is very modern furnished. The kitchen area is equipped with a fitted kitchen with hob, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table. The living room has a cozy couch (spring core, bed surface as extra bed about 150 x 200 meters, with topper for better sleeping comfort) and TV with DVD player. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a small couch as a relax corner. The small couch can also be used as an extra bed (about 110 wide) for small children. From the bedroom, the balcony (1.50 mx 5.00 m) with garden furniture is accessible. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Wi-Fi is available for a fee of € 1.00 per day.

You spend your holiday in a very quiet and idyllic location, right on the Malerweg on the edge of the National Park Saxon Switzerland, with a very good starting position for hiking in the rocky world of Saxon or Bohemian Switzerland or for tours to Dresden or the surrounding attractions. Our property 'Am Bärenstein 45' is located in the second row to our very busy street and is very quiet. In the garden at the house are 2 swings and a small bar for the children. Furthermore, there are also 3 sauna loungers for cozy sunbathing in the garden. For common use, a sitting area in the green invites you to linger, which is covered by a gazebo (about 5.0 m x 5.0 m). We provide bicycles on request, which you can use during the holiday season. Pet fee: € 7.50 per night
