The quiet apartment Cozy is located on the outskirts and is a basement apartment. It has a bathroom with bath / shower, fully equipped kitchen in the hallway large living room with dining area, rocking chair, sofa and flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 persons. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price as well as the initial supply of toilet paper and kitchen roll etc.

On request, for 5 € per person a breakfast including all drinks in the hotel Nitzschke 1,2 KM to be booked.

The Wurmberg is about 1.2 km away. The shopping markets are approximately 800 meters away. Hiking trails and trails are located directly behind the house and can be reached in 3 minutes.


The spa card from Braunlage costs € 2.50 per adult per day. Children from 6 years 1,25 €. With the spa card you have the opportunity to use the indoor pool in Braunlage and in summer the outdoor pool in Hohegeiß for half price. The bus service between Braunlage and Hohegeiß is also free. Various other benefits you get with the spa card throughout the Harz.
The spa card must be paid locally and is not included in the price.
