Welcome to our Paradise Vacation Home! It is located at the glorious Regal Palms Resort & Spa, just minutes from Disney World. It is fully renovated and upgraded with all new furniture and equipped with all you possibly need.

The space
The bedroom has a private entrance that is a keypad keyless entry.

It has a Queen bed with cup holders and bluetooth speakers built-in.

The room is small size is 10x10.

The room also has a mini-fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, closet with hangers, tub, amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

The room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and towels, and pool towels.

The luxury bedding and smart TV will surly make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Guest access
All Guests are required to check in at the Resort Front Desk.
Access code is provided with check-in instructions.

There is one parking space reserved for your unit. Your vehicle must be parked on the left side of the driveway. Additional vehicles will need a overnight visitors pass and must park in the overflow visitor parking area.

efficiency room in a full amenity resort. only downside is there are no ice machines at the resort and no freezer. perfect for an adult and child at a budget price! very safe!

Not what we expected room to hot

Checked in an checked out, with in an hr. Room was to hot for wife due to health issues, had to relocate portable Ac was not enough. Payed for resort and never got refund didnā€™t use.

Ok stay in Regal Palms

What I thought I purchased, was not exactly what I ended up with. Not terrible, but I would recommend checking the square footage when booking. This was the smallest place/room I have every seen.

Quick weekend stay

The resort is very nice, but pool and lazy river were down for scheduled service and we booked this stay specifically for those amenities. The room was extremely tight. Overall cleanliness was just okay. Unit needs a thorough wipe down, baseboards, light plates, etc were quite dusty.

Small room

Price of room was acceptable but when looking at the ad the room is advertised as a house and shows a picture of a kitchen. This was only a small bedroom with bath. Accommodations were okay but I would not recommend or rebook this room

Dirty and not describe well

This is not a 1 bedroom , itā€™s a 1 room period. Thereā€™s no room to sit other than on the bed . The bathroom was dirty and there was a a joining door from another property so the bathroom is shared. I was so disappointed with this rental . I didnā€™t take any pictures because I walked right out as soon as I walked in . I didnā€™t stay at the property and asked for my money back but the owner gave me less than half back . She made over 220 on me and I didnā€™t stay in this dirty place . I didnā€™t even stay there more than 15 minutes. I would not recommend staying here at all .

Not what I expected

The area was nice. Very near where our friends live. The place was not advertised properly. There were were toiletries as pictured and the unit was smaller than expected. We had to take turns going by the and the TV.

Not worth it

The room is extremely small and the walls were incredibly thin. I may have just been unlucky but it sounded like the people in the unit next to me were screaming the entire stay. The resort and pool area was great. However that area is open to the public and not walking distance from the unit anyways.

Good time

The stay is what I expected. The front desk didnā€™t have my name in computer but it was fine. The only real hiccup was standing outside with my bags from airport in the rain trying to open door with a code that didnā€™t work. The management answered the phone right away and saved the day. The AC unit was pretty big for the room and hose took up half the window. Otherwise everything was fine! Thank you

Small- needed help

The room was too small, or the bed was too big. The temperature was good. The screen for the ACs coming in on the right hand side might need mending. There is only one little bar soap. The bed was hard. There was a lot of dust under the bed with a broken suitcase holder. My suitcase barely fit in the room between the bed and the dresser. Maybe take the dresser out because you have lots of hanging room and side drawers, and the table. A coffee maker wouldā€™ve been so nice. The atmosphere and the neighborhood are great.

Displeased

Was unaware of the mandatory resort charges on check in and didnā€™t even use the resort at all. No house keeping, no extra sheets for a scheduled week stay, had to ask for another roll of toilet paper? Displeased with the sound proofing and how we heard the other guests in unit A all day and all night. Was not informed on how the shower worked until asked. Under the bed was filthy and anything that happened to roll under there was covered in hair.

Great find!!

The pictures were accurate. The bed is super comfy and was a good size. This room was perfect for me and my 8 year old. There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries. There did not seem to be an outdoor play area like listed. We were disappointed that we were not notified the hot tub would be out of service the first half of our trip, but took full advantage of it when it did open! with all that being said the resort amenities are amazing. beware the arcade though: half the games donā€™t work but still take your $. We will 100% book this vrbo again. It allowed me a resort vacation at an affordable price. We had an amazing time! The property is very safe and secure. who goes on vacation to stay in their room anyways :). Thank you so much to the host for providing this type of accommodation!

very small room, unexpected addition of resort fee

The room was VERY small, could barely move around the bed. In truth the room does appear small in the pictures but there is also the addition of a portable AC unit that is vented into the window that you cannot move right at the entrance of the door (NOT PICTURED). It was just me in the room so it was manageable but 2 people would've been uncomfortable. The picture did show a tight space so I kind of knew what I was getting into there however I am most disappointed w/addition of resort fee/per day even though I was only at the pool/restaurant area 1 of my 5 days for literally 30 minutes. Extra big kudos to the desk/check in personnel that recommended Tacos Don Andres though. Authentic Mexican and incredibly delicious! I ate it on the ironing board (thank goodness for that amenity!) Overall it was OK, safe, and inexpensive but if I visit again I would likely consider looking elsewhere.

Terrible Accommodations

We were booked to stay 10 nights but left after the first night to look for other accomodations! The description stated that it was a newly renovated room but it wasn't. The bathroom was all original with small bugs crawling around the floor. The queen bed took up 90% of the floor space ,so my husband and I had to walk sideways to access the bathroom, closet and exit. There was nowhere in the bedroom to open our suitcases to even unpack! The final straw was finding out that the owner did not disclose to us that all the resort's ammenities were shut down for maintenance. The resort still charged us the $20 unit fees per day until we went to complain. This rental unit should not be able to be listed for long term stays. One night is enough for anyone.

Disappointed

I never received the code to check in. I looked through my emails and never got one. We drove 18 hours from Ohio to get there. We arrived after midnight and had to call to get a number to get into the room. When we got into the room. There were tiny bugs all over the batting toilet the sink and the floor. I have been to Florida several times. My cousin and aunt both live there and we were just there in April and they donā€™t have bugs like that. Also we had no toiletries. We couldnā€™t watch TV at all no cable no nothing. I was very disappointed. The 20.00 you pay each night for the amenities at the regal plans was nice we got to enjoy the pool the lazy river and eat. Other than that it was not a clean place.

Couple things to note: -Bedroom was much smaller than imagined when advertised as a ā€œhouseā€ and ā€œhome.ā€ Didnā€™t expect a condo or anything but I did expect at least a comparable space to a hotel room. -Resort fee of $20 per night is mandatory which was not advertised despite the fact that I had no intention to use the amenities so you are really paying $70 per night. -Moving around in the room was difficult only about 3 ft of floor space from the bed to the walls, barely room between the bed and dresser. -Was also not disclosed that you would have neighbors in the same space as you; the bedroom and bathroom both have doors to the other unit (no knobs just locks). Because it was originally one space, you can clearly hear every single movement from the other side as benign as dishes clattering. -Expected the unit to be on the same property as the resort as thatā€™s what it infers but itā€™s actually a 5 minute drive. -The bed underneath seemed very dirty like it had not been cleaned in a long time. -Rented this unit for the bath as my wife needs to bathe, but the drain stop did not even fit the tub. That being said, the host did accommodate my request for an early arrival and the room was clean without an unpleasant odor. The bedroom (not bathroom) was clearly renovated recently and the area was safe. The bed is nice but it takes up the entire room. Probably wonā€™t rent again, the missus didnā€™t like it.

Great for a short trip

This was a good inexpensive place for two college students to stay for a weekend. The pool is beautiful and we especially like the lazy river. The convenience of having Publix just a couple minutes away was nice too. However, since another unit is right there (this is like a private bedroom attached to the unit), the people staying there were extremely loud and woke us up everyday. We could hear stomping above us and talking right next to us through the thin wall. The laundry room for the other unit is also right next to the bed separated by a wall, so that was loud as well. The bed was just ok. The unit is also far back in the property so we needed to drive to the pool, it wasnā€™t within walking distance. However, we thought the cons were worth it for the cost and pool access and would stay again.

Good place

It was a nice place, and the club house was cool. Definitely a way smaller place than I had pictured and it can get a bit nosy since there is a room right next to it and the door to the other room is inside the property but other than that it was clean and we had things to do during the day.
