The kitchen flows into the spacious living room, which is perfect for movie or game night. Enjoy its convenient location close to iconic 30a, the lovely Inlet Beach public beach access, Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell, and the restaurant and shops of 30Avenue.
This home truly is a gem that is close to everything, but away from it all!

Great girls trip!

We had a great time as a group of 3 at this cottage! We had what we needed and easy access to the grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely loved this house. Expectations were exceeded and the location of this house is extremely convenient, very nice neighborhood and is the perfect distance from PCB and Rosemary beach.

Amazing place!

This cottage was the perfect place for a family of four getaway. It was close to absolutely everything in Rosemary Beach. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back in the future!

Would totally stay here again!! Loved the location … so close to Rosemary and Inlet Beach Public Access. Bare bones in terms of towels and soap, etc so be sure to bring your own!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Right Down the road from Inlet Beach

We stayed here for my son's wedding. It was clean and perfect for what our family's needs were for this trip.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very close to beach public access and it was a nice neighborhood to take evening walks with the family. The cottage had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay!

So charming!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was so cute, and in the perfect location. The street was not busy, and conveniently close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great property in quiet location

Great property that was consistent with description. Very easy to get to the beach and other areas of interest. Quiet location nice compared to some of the more crowded areas at adjacent beaches. Would stay again.

Perfect Stay

Joy was very responsive with any questions I had. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella were so appreciated! Cute house and would definitely stay there again.

Loved the Pinewood Cottage

We had a great time at the Pinewood Cottage. The location was perfect. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Will stay here again in the future if our travels bring us back to Panama City Beach.

Perfect beach getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved how close we were to many beaches but felt like we had our own hideaway at night. The communication with the owner was incredible. The house was beautiful and just what we needed.

Family getaway

Home was convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean, nice amenities. Home was tastefully decorated. Owner communicated in a timely manner.

I had a great time staying here with my boyfriend for the weekend! Joy was a good and fast responder to any questions I had and the place over all was cute and comfortable and pretty close to a lot of good restaurants and not too far from the beach!

Moms weekend

Joy was such a joy to work with! Property was excellent and owner was very responsive and accommodating. Everything is a short bike ride away. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Awesome Cottage

Pinewood Cottage was a perfect getaway for my husband, me, and our adult daughter. The house is decorated exactly as advertised, is super clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to beach access. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again – this cottage is a gem!

Escape to Inlet Beach

We loved our stay here in Inlet Beach! Quiet location that's a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and scenes of Rosemary Beach. Even shorter bike ride or quick drive to Inlet Beach access which we found to be beautiful and less crowded than other areas. The cottage was clean, well appointed, and the nice kitchen allowed us to fit in some low key home meals between beach visits and other excursions. Recommend fitting in a visit to Camp Helen State Park which is a nearby hidden gem.

2023 beach vacation

The property is just as described. Short drive to beach. Nice living room and kitchen. They had 3 bikes, available, beach chairs and umbrella and extra boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for our group! It is located in a peaceful neighborhood but close enough to beach access and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the large porch. The teenage boys loved the basketball hoop. The owner was very accommodating and provided us beach chairs and an umbrella which was very much appreciated. Bikes are available too. Neighbors were all super friendly too.

Cozy Cottage

Fantastic cottage a short bike ride to the beach. We loved everything about This home. Roomy. Clean. And everything we needed. The bikes were perfect for going to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Joy for sharing your home and being so easy to reach.

Wonderful place to stay

The property is just as shown in the pictures, and is a straight shot to the beach. Super clean, and we had everything we needed in the house. The owner was very kind and responded in a timely manner! The door was a bit hard to open, you just have to push down hard on the handle lever after unlocking it to open it. 10/10 would recommend
