In the fully equipped kitchen you will find among other things: ceramic hob and oven, the fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Pütt and Pann for cooking and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Free internet access should not be missing. To relax and unwind, there is a sauna in the basement.

From here you also have direct access to the garden on the south-west terrace with garden furniture and beach chair.

Upstairs are two bedrooms:
1x double bed with private access to the shower room and WC; 1x with 2 single beds and TV, 1x with 1 single bed. Here you get to the second bathroom with shower / WC and free use of washing machine.

In the attic there is another room, which can be used as a lounge, TV and games room.
