In addition to a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, the kitchen has a coffee machine and a kettle.
Both bedrooms offer two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed.
One of the two bedrooms has a balcony with table and 2 chairs, the other bedroom has 2 comfortable armchairs for reading and relaxing.
We can provide a travel cot and high chair for our little guests.
In addition to these two rooms, there is another room to get together, here is a dining table, a sofa bed and a television.
The apartment is rounded off by the brand new shower room.
Kulmbach is about 5 km away and Bayreuth can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Pets can be brought after consultation as we have 2 cats.

We live in a small 80 town called Heinersreuth. Our place name is also the street name, because here the houses are only numbered.
Right next to our house, there is a free gravel parking lot where you can park independently and comfortably. This parking space is directly connected to our basic support on the front door side.
