LOCATION:
Our house is conveniently located around everything you may need in the area. Rowlett has many attractions super close such as restaurants, Lake Ray Hubbard access, and Wet Zone among so much more! Rockwall is super close with attractions such as the Lake Ray Hubbard Harbor, historic downtown Rockwall, and multiple restaurants. Also, our house is 20 minutes away from Dallas and everything available in the metroplex.

HOME DETAILS:
As you enter you will see the open concept living area which features the formal dining, kitchen, and living room.

The formal dining has a beautiful handcrafted circle wooden table, made by 3433 Woodstop on Etsy, and natural stain with a smooth finish. The table is accompanied by sheik leather chairs that seat up to 6 comfortably.

The full kitchen features brand new appliances and a full stock of dinnerware and supplies for cooking in any occasion.

The living room has two comfy but sheik couches and a designer rug for a warm cozy feeling. There is a wood burning fireplace and modern design features throughout the living room. Equipped with a 65 inch smart tv that has a Roku stick that allows guests to login to whatever app they desire. The tv stand also has kids toys and games for the family to enjoy.

The back door, in the living room leads out to a big spacious backyard perfect for relaxing on those warm summer nights. With outdoor furniture and a propane grill, it is also perfect for any BBQ you may desire. BBQ accessories are in the kitchen.

When you first enter the hallway, you will see the first guest bedroom. It has two comfy twin beds that feature memory foam mattresses and relaxing duvet comforters.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed that also features a memory foam mattress and relaxing duvet comforters. The queen guest room also features a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV. It has Roku built in so any guest can login to their desired tv apps.

When you continue down the hall, you will find the guest bathroom. Decorated in a simple style with pictures that feature our wonderful city, Rowlett, this bathroom has everything a guest will need.

Continue down the hall to find the coat rack and the laundry room. Equipped with both a washer and dryer, the guest will have access to an appropriate amount of laundry needs for their stay and have full access.

The end of the hall has the master bedroom. This large master suite features a King size bed with memory foam mattresses, duvet comforter, a full desk with office space, a full size mirror, a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV, and a relaxing space with a comfy chair.

The master bathroom has a large closet for longer stays and a set of weights for working out.

The garage has two spaces for cars to park but must be opened from the inside of the house.
