Sometimes, it's the little things that can make or break a stay, so we provide coffee, tea, bottled water, luggage racks, fast internet and Wifi, Smart TVs, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, makeup removers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, blackout curtains and many more amenities depending on the place. We also try to scout out the very best locations - places close to the action, but just far enough off the path to be quiet. We also like to find places that are walkable/bikeable so that you have those options as well. All of our units are professionally cleaned after each guest by a local cleaning company, and we have a maintenance crew on call should any small problems arise. We are always available if you have any questions before, during or after your stay. We'd love to give you some recommendations on places to go or things to do during your stay. This Victorian-era home has been divided into two, beautiful suites (up/down). They are the perfect mix of Victorian and modern for all the comforts of home in a quiet neighborhood. Location can't be beat: Walking distance to Drake University and many shops and restaurants. Minutes by car to downtown, hospitals, Ingersoll business district and its proximity to I-235 gets you anywhere in the city quick and easy. Off street parking/electronic locks make check in a breeze.
