The Space:

BEDROOMS:



1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV, and access to the backyard and to a full shared bathroom.

2. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom.

3. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom.

4. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.



*Two extra folding beds.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Golden Glades is an urban and really calm neighborhood. It's the perfect place to stay because it’s very close to all the main attractions, specifically from the Pristine Beaches of Miami.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!



For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

The manager I dealt with was great, however, this house is NOT at all what it is stated to be. It is not an acceptable rental for quality and price. No pans for cooking, only a few pots. No putting green, games not as portrayed, the house was dirty and dilapidated, needs lots of work. Huge mound of trash at least 10 feet tall about 30 feet wide in front of the property and it wreaked of marijuana. Honestly, I wouldn't have even paid half the fee to stay there.

Dirty

There were roaches everywhere. The kitchen is infested and the water was either too hot or too cold. The water pressure was low. My friend had a roach in her hair just by standing in the kitchen for 5 minutes. The host suggested that I “planted the roaches” in the house and completely disregarded our complaints. It was my birthday and I spent 3500 for this experience. I would not recommend!

Not as advertised...

Property claims it has mini-golf... it doesn't ! not does it have arcade machine. Showers barely worked and property not well maintained...Unfortunate as the house per say is great. We managed to have a great time with the family, but we should of been giving accurate information with functional facilities.

Great for Large Groups, 4/5 stars

This property was great for our purposes and given the separate rooms and several beds, is excellent for any large groups travelling together. I would say, though, that it's not as luxurious as it may seem, though certainly not bad at all.The listing was essentially accurate save for the mini-golf area was not present. The host was very responsive--although sometimes the responses weren't necessarily helpful. Check in was delayed 30 minutes because no code was given to us automatically as they'd said, and only upon arrival in Florida did they contact me due to some issue billing my credit card (as I needed to pay on a separate site, I did ask upon submitting payment to them AND prior to arrival).Would stay again, though.

Cockroaches, no mini golf, and no courtesy

asked a week in advance if we could get early check in and was told they'd let me know 48 hours before.No message 48 hours prior so I followed up, no response. Asked day of and was told at noon that we couldn't check in until 4pm. 5 mins out, I get a message saying they won't be ready until 6. I told them I'd be there in 5 mins so no sorry.We all get there and everyone goes outside to see the cool amenities listed (pool, basketball, fire pit, and mini golf). We walk around the entire yard and no mini golf on site.We get comfortable and start doing things in the kitchen and a swarm of cockroaches come out of the cabinets.I live nearby and do get that this is somewhat normal. I put traps out at my house so I don't have the issue (they're cheap).What is not normal is the continuous amounts of them coming in and out of the cabinets the entire four days we were there.Thats the start but here's the rest:-Toilets barely flushing.-Cigarettes in the fire pit (which were not left there by my group).-Propane tank attached to the fire pit was rusted closed and could not be opened by hand (three of us were trying for at least a half hour. I relayed concerns and was told management team would get back to me. It has been 4 days now and I have not received anything back.This company that owns the house "Glam Homes," claims to be the #1 Superhost in Miami and has simply put, utterly failed at even being a decent host. Steer clear of this house and this company.

Fell short of expectations

The photos that were posted were great and I chose the property for the heated pool and mini golf in particular. When we got there, there was no mini golf. I assume it had been overgrown and they didn’t keep up the space. The pool was never warm (they said it was 90 degrees but it did not feel that way). We were unable to use the grill because the propane was on too tight and there were no tools in sight to open it. The bathrooms were terrible - shower heads had mildew in them, and there were barely any towel racks. We stayed for 4 days and there was nothing to clean with, so I had to buy my own cleaning stuff. Ice maker on fridge didn’t work, so I had to go out to buy ice. First day the lights in one half of the house didn’t work. All in all, while the concept of the house was nice, to call it glam was a reach.

Great place to prepare for sailing adventure

These Scouts were getting ready to sail to the Bahamas tougher, and this was a fantastic jumping off point to relax and prepare for the journey. We loved the many games and activities the house had to offer and wish we had more time to kick back here!

AMAZING

I had the best time staying at this house. The property was so clean and had all the amenities. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basic materials. The heated pool was phenomenal. Truly we did not need to leave the property at all because there was so much to do right on site! Lots of seating for a large group. This property comfortably fit 15 girls for 4 days. Glam homes was extremely easy to work with and very responsive! Will DEFINITELY come back!!!!
