Villa La Grace (Kotugode) as transit accommodation for exploring the island of Sri Lanka

We offer you 2 double rooms and a single room with 2 single beds, with a large garden, veranda and balcony, for families and business travelers. Approximately 8-10km (11-20 min) from the international airport and therefore a great starting point to get used to the climate or to prepare for departure. You can also get to Negombo and the beach within 20 minutes. It takes about 40-50 minutes to Colombo.

The living room

Large dining area, space to relax, a pool table and couch are available. You can grill in the garden and if you have a small party in front you can also do it on the veranda or the large balcony.

Access for guests

The couch area on the upper floor with a pool table and large balcony with external stairs and dining area including a small seating area in the basement, as well as the veranda are at your disposal. Kitchen can be used by everyone if wanted, or you can cook something for you.

Interaction with guests

If you book, you can let me know what you want. I can prepare breakfast for the guests and possibly also lunch and dinner and make the area known or available as a guide if desired.

There will be a cook who can prepare tappas and other Spanish or Portuguese dishes, who makes his own pasta and who wants to bake bread and rolls.
