- The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage Encode keyless smart lock.
- The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
- For security reasons, the code for the back door leading to the driveway is not shared, as it is stored manually. This ensures your peace of mind, knowing that previous guests won’t have access to it.
### The 3rd bedroom has a door to the driveway, which is locked from the inside. ###
*WHERE CAN I PARK?*
- A maximum of 4 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in front of the house (3 guaranteed driveway parking spots and 1 street parking spot in front of the house).
*IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT USING THE POOL?*
- Our above-ground pool is serviced weekly.
- Due to having trees in the backyard, debris and leaves often fall into the pool, especially fine green pollen that settles at the bottom. These are not algae, and we can assure you that the pH and pool conditions are safe for use. To combat all the fallen leaves and pollen, we provide a water vacuum and a skimmer for guests to use if additional cleaning is needed.
### YOU MUST SIGN OUR LIABILITY WAIVER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING IN ORDER TO USE THE POOL. ###

- There are no recording devices inside the house.
- There are 3 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. There is no recording device in the interior of the house.
