Full Concierge service is included! We strive to make your Cabo experience the best one possible! We can help with arranging transportation, private chef, in-house massages, restaurant and bar reservations, pre-stocking house, activities, tour bookings, fishing, golfing, entertainment, etc.

The soothing sounds of flowing water draw you in to this Oceanfront Oasis. With two waterfalls at the entrance, an indoor fountain, and another fountain near the pool, water plays a key role in creating Villa Blanca enticing ambiance.

Amazing company vacation

Absolutely Beautiful!!!!

Awesome views and the sounds of the ocean are amazing. We spend most of our time swimming in the pool and relaxing in the backyard. The tide pools were really cool to explore. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back. Thanks Ron!

Incredible home, great location in a safe private community

We had an incredible stay at the home. 10-minute drive from town, views of lands end/Cabo arch and right on the water. The community felt very safe and security guards patrol 24/7. The property manager and owner were quick to answer every question, and had great connections to airport transport and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Cabo experience.

Wonderful Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tres Sietes. .We went to Cabo for my son's Spring Break. The villa is very spacious, beautiful and clean. The pool area is very large with unbelievable views of the tip of Cabo. We also love this community because it is gate guarded and very private. The property manager and owner are great to deal with.

Great Villa! 10+++

We frequent Villa Tres Sietes 2-3 times a year. It’s very well maintained and managed. Very private & VIP. The property manager is always helpful to us and we booked golf & fishing through Orlando and he saved us a lot of money. I think we saw more whales right in back of the villa this trip than I have seen my entire life! We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property!

Spent a fabulous vacation in this home with several friends. The layout and location was perfect. Located in a private gated community and last home on the street with incredible privacy. Ocean front with an amazing pool and spa and outdoor space. We were able to have an incredible meal prepared at the home one evening by chefs that were arranged by the property manager. The home has incredible amenities and features! We had an amazing vacation and can't wait to book this again!

We love Villa Tres Sietes!

We have now stayed at Villa Tres Sietes multiple times. We have frequented Cabo San Lucas since the mid-90's and this is the best villa we have ever stayed at. The villa is stunning, well maintained and probably has the best views in Cabo. With direct private beach access and an incredible large tide-pool that is safe all with a view of Lands End. We love this villa. The property manager is the best and the owner is very responsive. We can highly recommend this villa for any occasion. We will be back!

Relaxing on the water... What a BEAUTY!

Spent five nights in the gorgeous oceanfront villa and it was just what the doctor ordered! Lounging in/by the pool watching the waves,whales and boats is very therapeutic. Our kids had a great time in the pool and exploring the tidal pools, I don't think they made it past 8pm any of the nights, which gave my wife and I time to site on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine. Cant wait to head back and sip a coffee watching the sun come up over the ocean. Trust me you don't know what you're missing!

Great Location but flawed property

The house is in the best location possible but it had some serious problems. We showed up and the outdoor grill was inoperable and we had to wait days for a part to come in and at the end of our trip only half worked. The AC never worked in the master bedroom and 2 toilets broke while we were there. There was an issue nearly every day but fortunately the property manager Orlando was the most responsive and best that we have ever encountered. He saved our trip by addressing every issue immediately. This is a great property that needs some TLC which Orlando is now providing. I would recommend staying here now that Orlando is in charge.

A FABULOUS MUST STAY!

I had my Bachelorette party at Villa Tres Sietes and my girls and I had the time of our lives! We decked out the Villa in tons of decor and turned it into a Pink Princess Palace - equipped with balloon arches, floaties and more! I originally planned to stay at a resort but after thorough research, I decided to go route of private property - AND BOY DID WE SCORE! Everyone MUST experience the beauty of this Villa. From the breathtaking ocean views, spacious open floor plan and beautiful architecture - this villa was the picturesque backdrop of my dreams! Ron is one of the most helpful and responsive owner's I have every worked with. He is very accommodating and this really made the entire planning process so smooth! The house is fully equipped with everything that you need! Ron also has the best recommendations - be sure to ask for the car service as they were top notch! The girls and I are in awe of the beautiful Villa and we can't wait to plan our next trip and be back at the Villa!! We had the time of our lives and we will never forget our stay! Thanks again Ron & team!! You guys rock :)

Beautiful Villa

What a beautiful property! We had a great experience at Villa Tres Sietes. The owner and and concierge were both great to work with. They helped arrange airport transportation, pre-stocked the Villa and Covid testing for our return flight was done at the Villa. The Villa is well maintained and like staying in paradise! We will definitely return to Villa Tres Sietes and highly recommended!

Absolutely Fabulous Villa

From the moment we walked into Villa Tres Sietes it seems like the "awe factor" new went away. This villa is absolutely beautiful and the views are far beyond what we expected. The pictures online do not compare the personal experience of staying in this villa. The property manager pre-stocked the villa for us and also arranged the chef which was all perfect. We could see whales breaching right in front of the villa! This was a very memorable trip for our family. We also love to BBQ and the villa has a brand new gourmet BBQ poolside! We looked forward to our next trip to Cabo and we will definitely be staying at Villa Tres Sietes.

Great Villa!

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Tres Sietes. The Villa is well maintained and great property management. The views are stunning and we enjoyed watching the whales passing everyday. Fresh bedding, clean, lovely housekeepers and the manger/concierge Orlando is on top of things. We will definitely return to this villa and we highly recommend. Villa Tres Sietes is the best!

This was our third trip to Cabo San Lucas and first stay at this Villa. Absolutely stunning Villa! Villa Tres Sietes is the best! The pictures of this villa do not compare to experiencing it in person. This was the that best and most memorable trip to Cabo San Lucas that we have had. The property manager and owner are the best and it was obvious that they all work together in sync to make sure our trip in Cabo was its best! Highly recommend and we are going back in July!

I am very familiar with the area and very much involved and connected to the community on both a personal and business level. Cabo San Lucas is a second home to me. I have owned multiple homes and run I have businesses in Cabo San Lucas.

My family and I have vacationed in Cabo San Lucas since 1985. I was immediately hooked by one of the most beautiful landscapes, ocean, best fishing, golfing and dining locations in the world. Before we bought in Cabo we rented many different villas in Cabo until we found the community we loved most. We have rented in Pedregal (too noisy), Pamilla(too far from town and the marina) and Cabo del Sol (too crowded). We choose to purchase in Santa Carmela because of the community beauty and privacy. It is also a very secure gated community without any tourist. Most of the property owners in Santa Carmela are successful business owners who own and manage fine Hotels, restaurants, world renown sport fishing companies etc... Santa Carmela is the best living in Cabo!
