Bear Branch Park includes a 2018-renovated Dog Park (one for larger dogs as well as one for smaller breeds), illuminated tennis courts, skate board/trick bike / wheel friendly area, the whale pool, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, picnic areas, a hockey ring, and the Township's Original Recreation Center. Bear Branch Park is the home of The Woodlands Recreation Center and also features a barrier-free playground and two “bark parks”. Shadowbend Park also includes a swimming pool, playgrounds and play-fields. There are 21 public parks in the Village of Cochran's Crossing. The restaurants in Cochran's Crossing Village are all located at Research Forest Drive and Gosling Road. There you will find the usual fast food locations such as Burger King, and McDonald's. No Party Allowed, especially in the evening.

No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas (if applicable).
5. Pets
Allowed, pets must be approved in advance and follow specific guidelines.
6. Cleanliness & Trash
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
7. Kitchen Use
Clean up after cooking and return items to their place.
Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests.
8. Appliance & Utility Usage
Turn off lights, appliances, and the thermostat when leaving the property.
No excessive water or energy usage.
9. Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Report any damage or issues immediately.
