Diamante 157 is Located on the Gold Coast, this Villa sits around every convenience you desire, such as a gym, community pool, BBQ area, high-end restaurant, cabana, and even a tennis court. This beautiful Home has a private pool along with 3 communal pools to enjoy your sunny days with family and friends. The Villa’s ground floor opens into a lovely living room connected to a dining room. It also includes a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up your secret recipes. With double built-in stainless sinks, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, and a breakfast bar, it comes with every necessary amenity. The kitchen also comes with a small adjacent room fitted with a stacked washer and dryer set for quick clean-ups.
The second floor, has a master bedroom, with where you can sip your morning coffee and hear the local birds singing. The other two bedrooms are on the same floor, and one of them comes with another beautiful balcony. The two share a full bathroom. All 3 are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, closets with mirror sliders, and a lavish bathroom.

Utilities: The total rate includes 20% taxes, final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 22.00 per night included, which is normally plenty for your stay.
**This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.
Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, but no umbrellas.
Please note: Our special Monthly Prices do not include the water and electricity fees. These are calculated at the end of your stay and you are responsible for this payment.

The perfect property for our family!
This home was perfect for our family of four adults. It was clean and beautiful and in a wonderful location for our needs. We loved the pool in the backyard and the community pool just a short walk away.

This house had everything we could ever need ! It was clean and in a gated community we felt super safe … the cooler and beach chairs /towels such a great Amenity they offer. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a bbq out back . The patio was perfect for us as one of us needs shade. We had a fantastic time would love to go back

The right mix!
The good:
Very nice home. Small private pool in cozy backyard. Complex neat and well designed. Restaurant with pool and fitness center just steps away. Community staff polite and helpful. Hosts easy to work with. Location of complex ideal; out of the hubbub of palm beach but beaches within a few blocks. Lighthouse and golf course w/ excellent restaurant very close. The bad: Understandable but annoying requirements to monitor electricity, water, and gas with the threat of extra charges. ( it’s just two of us and we are conservative by nature so we weren’t concerned). The ugly: nothing! We loved our choice of accommodation and the island, the airport was not the hassle we feared, groceries, restaurants, and vendors exceeded our expectations. Rosie and Radimer were very helpful and eager to please. We will return to Aruba and would love to stay at 157 diamanté, Gold Coast again!

Thank you for your honest review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you soon back in Aruba. Concerning the water and electricity, we do have plenty included. However, to avoid that the AC is running 24/7 on a very low temperature (even when guests are out to the beach for the entire day), we built in a certain allowance. 90 Percent of our guests normally won't go over this allowance. And in this way we can keep the nightly rates lower and save the environment as well.
