Peace seekers come in our house fully at your expense, the location is unique with the magnificent mountain views. Surrounded by nature, forests, meadows and beauty you will find a true power place here.

The ski or village bus stop is just 200 meters away. (Line D to Penkenbahn and Horbergbahn)

The nearest train station is about 400 meters away. (Demand stop "Bichl")

This property extends over 3 floors with a living space of approx. 250 m². A more than spacious living room and attached conservatory, cozy TV lounge, dining area for 12 people and another dining table for 6 persons, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, 4 bedrooms, billiard room, sauna with shower and toilet complete this holiday dream. On request, a studio for 4 people in 2. OG can be rented additionally, with 2 more bedrooms.

Very nice place for a large group. More than ample space for 13, for solace and privacy, six adults and seven teens. Not being familiar with the area and knowing we had to commute to the tourist areas we had planned….the house and area is a hidden gem to spend a day or two in the area. Stayed during Summer

Our overall experience was disappointing. First of all, the house didn’t feel private. Upon check in, we were told we would only have access to the sauna from 3-9pm (which didn’t work for us) and that the property owner might be working from the basement in the mornings. This made us feel really uncomfortable. Additionally, the top floor was locked and the beds weren’t made up because we were only 6 adults and the owner said we didn’t need the space. She did unlock it for us once we asked but we found it very bizarre to have to fight for full access to the house we rented.Every day, a man came to the garage to work on his motorcycles and made a bunch of noise that was very audible from the downstairs bedroom. The pictures depict a large lawn where we thought our kids could play soccer and run loose. It turns out there’s a fence there and the large vast land is actually an adjacent property. We were expecting to bbq every day but with the bbq provided, we quickly realized this wasn’t possible. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped (we had to ask for a cutting board as an example) and the pans provided were NOT non-stick pans. The kitchen is very small and difficult to navigate with more than one person.We didn’t notice (it does say it in the listing) that we wouldn’t have access to the laundry room. This made it very inconvenient to be there with two kids for a week. Overall, it’s a clean and fine house but we wouldn’t recommend it with kids for week long stays.

Dear Daniel, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests: The restricted sauna opening hours are clearly mentioned in our house description before booking. Upon your request, we immediately made the entire house with 12 beds available to you, even though you had booked for 6 adults and 2 children. Many families actually appreciate the fenced property of about 350 m², as it allows children to play safely within the grounds. Regarding laundry service: as stated in our listing, we unfortunately cannot provide laundry facilities in the house. However, we suggested a nearby and affordable option at the local campsite. Concerning privacy: after noticing your concern about the basement, we respectet your wish and did not enter during your stay. We do our best to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and safe experience, and we regret that in your case some aspects did not match your expectations. Best regards, family Heim

Beautiful house in a magnificent setting!

We had a group of 10 and stayed for three days in March 2019. The house is simply fantastic. It has been recently renovated and everything in the home is new. 4 floors, beautiful sauna on the bottom floor. Full ski storage and changing room with boot dryers and ski prep table on the main floor, along with a lovely solarium, a large bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. 3 or 4 bedrooms upstairs, and master bath has a large jacuzzi tub. The house is situated up on a hill in the Zillertal valley, literally minutes away from multiple ski resorts. We drove to Mayrhofen in less than 5 minutes. Grocery stores, bank, restaurants also less than 5 minutes drive away. The owners are amazing and responded to every inquiry we had within 15 minutes. We met them at checkout and they are lovely people. Book this home on your next trip to this area. We simply cannot recommend it enough!
