Here's a little more about the Midtown Alley Design District from the community's website:

"Originally called Automobile Row, Midtown Alley was St. Louis’s prime spot to purchase cars between 1911 and 1955. In 2005, the neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. National Park Service. While none of the original automobile businesses remain, the buildings–many of which were designed by the famed architect Preston Bradshaw–still stand as a reminder of what first made this neighborhood so special in the city of St. Louis.

Today, Midtown Alley is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in St. Louis. New restaurants such as Brennan’s Work and Leisure, Small Batch, and Egg Midtown are opening up next to older neighborhood staples like The Fountain on Locust and Pappy’s Smokehouse. Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased an on-site gated parking space, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Boarding Pass ☆

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Get directions to the property
●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.

☆Cancellations+Alterations☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

The loft itself was gorgeous, plenty of room for 2 of us. My husband had to work while he was in St. Louis and the fast WiFi and desk set up was appreciated. Comfy beds and the evenings were quiet.There were a few good restaurants within walking distance, definitely head to The Fountain on Locust if you have a chance!

I was visiting St. Louis for work and this was the perfect spot to recharge, relax and be productive. The design was lovely, the natural light was incredible, and the spot was walkable for most of my needs. I definitely would stay here again!

We asked about the wheelchair accessibility and there’s 7-8 steps to get into the building. There is an elevator but considering my husband is wheelchair bound having a room on the first floor would have been nice. Also, paid extra for gate parking and you get assigned a parking spot. Thankfully it didn’t look like there were many guest there when we stayed but we didn’t get assigned a handicap parking spot. Then we reserved this stay for 6 people for 2 nights but was only given 4 towels. We didn’t find any sheets for the pull out couch. Lastly it also wasn’t swept very well, especially in the 2nd bedroom. There was so much gravel debris from the walls on the floors and there was a stale smell. The best part of this location was how convenient it was to all the attractions.

Good Stay

Brandon was great and easy to work with. The neighborhood had cars squealing tires and doing burnouts until 2am both nights we stayed. The loft was modern and great. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The experience with this Nash Loft was good overall. There were a few things that could be improved such as the elevator not working and the shower leaking in the guest bath.

All that what we needed

Absolutely perfect to visit SLU and Downtown. Close to highways. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Couch not really suited to sleep on for more than 1 night. Quite surroundings. Used the parking space/lot as an option which is very convienent and adds safety. Would have been a 10 out of 10 but small minus was the cleanliness.

Secure and Clean

We were in town for a concert. The space was very nice, clean, well equipped, and well decorated. The step by step entry instructions were clear. The only thing i would change is informing us of a 395 hold 2 hours prior to check in could have ruined it. That's a lot to hold and should be disclosed at payment point. the unit
