Channel your inner chef while cooking a meal in our newly renovated modern kitchen with brand new appliances and cookware. Pots, pans, cutlery, baking sheets, silverware, basic cooking oil, and salt & pepper provided. Drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and a toaster is also available for your convenience. We provide coffee and tea.

Backyard Patio

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while hanging out on our giant patio with string lights. Very quiet oasis that works as the perfect setting for meditation, reading and yoga. Brand new 5 gas grill is great for grilling out.

Guests have access to the entire home including the driveway, patio, and giant back yard.

Self check-in with smart lock. Custom codes will be sent to guests before arrival.

We live down the street and can be contacted through the VRBO app or our cell phones. Our property Manager Michael Harvey is available if you need anything at all before or during your stay.

Our Neighborhood is located on a quiet street with lots of tall trees and big front and back yards. There are lots of families who live on our street and our neighbors beside us and in front of us are super friendly. Our home is located minutes away from major grocery stores, great restaurants, and lots of the other standard retail stores that come with living in a big city. I-20 is only 1.5 miles away so that makes it easy to get everywhere else you might want to visit while you are in Atlanta.

******Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.

***Please note a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.

4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.

5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels

6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM.

7. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

8. We don’t allow pets unless prior approval is obtained (additional pet fee will apply)

9. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved for an additional fee

10. Do not put food and cooking oil down the kitchen drain.

11. Please do not use our address for commercial shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first.

12. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the VRBO message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.

13. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

14. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.

15. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
