Everything that you need for an economical getaway for two adults and two kids (aged 12 or under) or three adults.
There is a choice of queen bed and pull-out sofa bed, or two double beds. There is one full bathroom with marble accents. For in-house dining there is a fully-equipped kitchenette and breakfast bar and mini-bar, or eat out on the furnished terrace or balcony. For relaxing indoors there is a sofa and a flat screen television with premium television channels and air conditioning to keep cool.
A safe deposit box is provided to hold valuable articles and iron and ironing board for your ironing needs. The daily housekeeping means that you can go out and have fun without having to deal with household chores.

Perfect for a fun-filled getaway for adults and kids, with two pools, one with a slide, tennis courts, health spa, gym and more. Minutes away by taxi from Cabo town, or a pleasant walk to town along the beach.

Workout in the fully equipped fitness center or play some tennis and then relax in the spa. Later on, catch some rays by the pool or on the adjacent Medano beach, overlooking Land’s End and the El Arco rock. Join the beach or pool activities, or enjoy cocktails by the quieter pool, or relax in the hot tub, while the kids play in the swimming pool with the "whale" slide, or are entertained at the Kids Club. In the evening, cook and eat in, or dine at one of the restaurants, or in town. For a relaxing evening, enjoy the nightly dinner show and then retire to the Sports Bar for a nightcap.

Villa del Palmar is a resort and your room and views, and furniture arrangement, all depend on availability at the time of check-in. The resort charges a daily fee of $3.50 which is subject to change,

All inclusive. After renting this accommodation, there is the option to upgrade to all inclusive, directly with the resort, for $140 per day for adults or $120 per day for the no alcohol option. Kids 4-12 $50% off. Kids 0-3 free.

There was confusion at check in since I was renting directly from the owner, but it all worked out. The only thing I would suggest is giving people a warning about how loud the theme night music is since it is just below the unit. I didn't mind, but others might.

Our host Barry was honest and responsive, the room comfy and clean. The staff here were very friendly yet inattentive. We received no instructions or information upon arrival aside from how to open the door and how to get to the door. We had to wander all over the various buildings on the property to figure out where everything was, found the gym on day two. the gym does not open until 8 and it’s not self access :(. The resort was under heavy construction around the pool area and not what we were expecting from the pictures nor ever mentioned prior to our arrival, the construction fencing is an eyesore and blocks the view from the pool area. The taco bar was disgusting and swarming with flys, service poor, food inedible for my wife, so was her drink. There was no coffee in the room! one single serve of coffee in the room that was broke and unusable.They do not have lobby coffee until 6am, not good when up at 4:30am. Went for a walk on the beach in the late afternoon and was hassled by venders and drug dealers every 100 yards. Guys are selling cocan at the base of the stairs with security watching them, they will first ask if you want cigars, wed, then coke while the other guy wants to sell you jewelry. This was consistent up the entire beach and around the marina. We will return to Mexico cause the surfing is incredible but will not stay at this location or in this town again. I respect the hustle but they need to tone it down a bit and stop harassing tourists, not cool.
