Our house Schlager is located in a sunny, quiet and child-friendly location on the outskirts of Annaberg. Restaurants, grocery and bus stop can be reached in just a few minutes. The inn, steakhouse and town center are only 800 m away from our house and can be easily reached on foot via a walking path.

In summer, hiking trails and the Dachstein circuit for mountain bikers lead past the house. In winter the free ski bus to the Dachstein-West ski region stops just 100 m from our house.

Tennis, soccer and basketball are possible on the hard court behind the house and in winter the ice stock rink is prepared there.

Our newly built apartment for 2 to 6 people with 76 m² includes:
* 1 bedroom with double bed, specially made bunk bed (200 x 90 cm), shower and flat screen TV
* 1 bedroom with double bed and shower

* Southeast Terrace
* Eat-in kitchen with kitchenette, dining table for 6 people, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with large freezer compartment, coffee machine for pads and kettle

* Children's equipment (high chair, bottle warmer, crib, stroller, etc.) on request.

All prices are per apartment and night.
Final cleaning per apartment and stay: € 70.00 - € 100.00 one time
Local tax per night and person over 15 years: € 2.00
Pets allowed on request and for a one-time fee.
Our house is run as a non-smoking house. Please enjoy your cigarette or cigar on the terrace.
Washing machine, dryer and ski boot drying room are available in the basement - accessible via a house lift.
Your car will be parked weatherproof under our carport.
The sauna and infrared cabin in the basement can be used at any time.
Check-in: On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.
Check-out: To ensure that guests arriving after you can move in on time, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
