āœ¶The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
āœ¶ There are 8 steps to enter the cabin

āœ¶ Parking in front of the cabin can accommodate 3-4 vehicles.
āœ¶ Dining table for 7 guests
āœ¶ Decks on each level with patio furniture and a 6 person hot tub on the top level
āœ¶ Starter kit including: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods will be provided. You may run out of these items during your stay so you may want to bring extra!
āœ¶ Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. are permitted with host approval prior to booking.
āœ¶ Access to shared pool (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening) open Memorial Day weekend through the weekend after Labor Day pool hours are 8am-7pm
āœ¶2 king bedrooms, 1 king bedroom located on the first floor with attached bath with tub/shower, 1 king bedroom located on the second floor/loft with a queen sleeper sofa with a bathroom with walk-in shower and heart shaped jacuzzi tub, the second sleeper sofa is located on the first floor in the living room
āœ¶Enjoy the playground that is a short walk from the cabin and the pool located by the entrance

āœ¶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.

Home was well equipped, very modern and very clean. Furniture was all very new. House is very well maintained. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. View was very nice and not a steep scary drive up.

The photos did not lie! This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. It had everything you needed. My husband, my daughter who is 18 years old, and I spent 9 incredible days. The owners were terrific and made our stay extra special. The cabin is close to everything but it also gives you peace and quiet. The game room was such a hit every night. The competitiveness for sure came out in all three of us! This place is great for the family!!!

Hello Kyle and Shannon I had an amazing time. The view was magnificent love the mountains. Everything was perfect in place and had everything we needed right at hands reach. The best sleep Iā€™ve had in a long time. I did break one of your wine glasses the day I was leaving, I can send you money for a new set.Overall it was the best. Nothing short of amazing

We had so much fun during our family vacation at this property. Itā€™s conveniently located close to the parkway while also making you feel secluded within the mountains. The view we woke up to every morning is enough to make me come back to this property. The kids loved how close it was to the playground. The space was clean and we were very surprised by how much was offered for us to use (extra throw blankets and a spice rack for some examples). While the roads to get to this cabin can be somewhat steep, we felt the driveway was definitely easily accessed. It has an incline but not that bad compared to others we saw. The only complaint my husband had was that the beds were very stiff for him, but Iā€™m still going to make this a 5 star review because of how much we enjoyed it here. We canā€™t wait to go back.

Exactly what we needed!

We decided to check out the Smokys for fall break over going to the beach and we were not disappointed. The cabin is exactly as pictured in the listing--beautiful! The views were breathtaking and peaceful. The entire place was very clean and king sized beds were very comfortable. Short Vacation (3 days) with Grandchildren

We have used VRBO properties for decades and this was one of the best, if not the best, property we have stayed at. The property was very clean, very well stocked and exactly like the pictures - perhaps better. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding appropriate. The views are wonderful and the environment is quiet and peaceful. We all highly recommend this cabin for your vacation. Thank you Kyle and Shannah for letting us stay at your property.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

We loved our time at this cabin! It was exactly what our family was looking for. The cabin was immaculate and the Christmas decorations were so warm and inviting. A short drive to Pigeon Forge made everything so convenient. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the icemaker was a nice surprise too. The decor is so charming and we loved the coffee bar, the games, the pool table and everything this cabin offered!!

Fantastic cozy cabin with mountain views

We stayed at this property for our first trip to the Smokies and could not have been happier with our experience. The mountain views were amazing! It was exactly as advertised in the photos and description. Very clean and updated. Nicely decorated with all the comforts and amenities of home. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. My kids also loved the multicade arcade machine. Plenty of board games for a low key evening of family fun. The location was perfect! Far enough up the foothills that you feel like you are ā€œin the mountainsā€ but not so far that itā€™s inconvenient. Less than 10 minutes to Dollywood, about 15 to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, and 20-25 to downtown Gatlinburg. There are other cabins nearby but it was still very private and quiet. The hosts Kyle and Shannah were very responsive to any questions and very gracious. I would definitely stay here again!

After Christmas getaway

Our family had a wonderful time in the cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool table, games and several board games. The cabin was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with way more than I expected. My only recommendation is have a 4x4 car if the weather conditions are bad such as snowing, iced roads. Our car made it up safely however there were moments I thought we were going to have to leave it below and walk up. I have a VW Atlast and it made it. This occurred when the blizzard storm was passing through the state and heading east. We will be back to the cabin. The views are spectacular.

Majestic Views lives up to its name.

We had an incredible weekend at this clean and cozy cabin. The whole space from top to bottom is thoughtfully appointed and delivered with the guest experience in mind. From the notes/guides for appliances, HVAC, and fireplaces to the ā€œguest modeā€ TVā€™s and all the listed amenities. This cabin does not disappoint. Majestic views was a haven after long days at Dollywood, shopping, etc. It was so nice to come back to cozy spaces, a large hot tub, and plenty of entertainment for the kids. I canā€™t say enough good things about this place. Looking forward to next time. Thank you!
